Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in LaGrange

5/21 I was going to go to the one out Lafayette pkway after my last experience here but I came back. My daughter ordered a half pepperoni and half pineapples. We were given the wrong pizza after we had to wait on this wrong pizza. The manager said we'd have to give the pizza back and wait another ten minutes for another pizza they messed up! Why wouldn't the manager use her problem solving skills and say since we messed up your order and y'all have to wait again for another pizza y'all just keep that pizza while we made y'all another one. So we end up keeping the wrong pizza just so my kids can eat now. When she could let them get the pepperoni side and us wait on who wanted the pineapple.

They didn't remake my pizza nor give me a refund and the young guy with the dreads had a attitude like I did something wrong I was very cordial and very nice about the situation. Some people shouldn't have a job in customer service if they do not know how to talk to customers in a situation such as this. Then the cashier dude was real snazzy at the mouth.

The pizza usually good but this time they was real real light on the sauce and I can't eat it. It's like I'm having cheese sausage bread. I tried calling but they didn't answer so I got to waste time and gas to go it fixed.

I go up there and show him the pizza and they tell me that I bought it 2 hours ago of course I didn't buy it to eat it right away I bought it for dinner later. So I tried eating it and hoping that the other side had sauce.

Visited the Lagrange location today because my six year old loves their pizza. But today this pizza was very different. It looked as if it wasn’t fully cooked and much lighter in color than what we normally get. After getting it home I decided to place in in the oven for about 5 minutes to continue to cook. But now 11 hours later I am at the emergency room with my 6 year old who is now experiencing abdominal pain and vomiting out of control. Physician comes in and say he has food poisoning. This location on commerce really needs to tighten up. Staff didn’t have on masks to protect the well-being of their customers and this is poor showmanship on Corporate office for sure.
