The worst customer service I have ever had in my life! I had to go in twice today The first time I had an excellent experience! Start off by saying Iāve been a spectrum customer for many many years I came in today and the first lady that I worked with was awesome. I added a line bought a new phone and she helped me bring my bill down excellent at that time. I told her I had to come back in a few minutes and pay my dadās bill And she said thatās fine. Just come back in check in on the kiosk and weāll get to you right away. I said OK so I did that all I needed to do was pay the bill. They have a kiosk, but weāre told that only they can use the Kiosk So I checked in and waited to my name came up, and when I did that a gentleman walked in, did not check in went straight to the lady that shouldāve been taking me And she proceeds to talk to him about international calling (I donāt know if they work on commission or not, but she probably thought she could make some money off of him) meanwhile thereās about eight people behind me. Thatās been waiting there for a long period of time so I waited for about 10 to 15 minutes cause I just knew at any moment she was gonna tell him I will be glad to help you, sir, but thereās a lot of people ahead of you check in and weāll take care of you. She never said that she continued to take care of him so I walked over and I said hey maāam, could you please just take my payment I have to go back to work and this gentleman was not checked in she proceeds to get an attitude with me and said this donāt have nothing to do with checking in. Iām just talking to him. It doesnāt matter that youāre just talking to him. Youāve been telling everybody that comes into the store. They have to check in you canāt speak with them until they check in, but yet you take this Gentlemen so she goes to the back and evidently tells the manager, which was in the back with two young girls. I donāt know why they wasnāt out there helping people that I was cursing her so he comes out, starts yelling at me in front of everybody and telling me that I can leave so evidently Spectrum does not value my business The manager was very rude very very rude! You have a store full of customers and when he came out two other young girls came out from the back room as well so if youāre that backed up, why are you not out in the foyer helping customers instead of you being in the back thatās what managers do they come out and help when they get back up Very very rude I am Considering canceling my...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreA few weeks ago I stopped in the Lagrange Spectrum store to try and switch out some equipment and adjust my services to try and find a middle ground. Have things we need and also have things to occupy the family. With the wallet getting tighter by the day we just wanted to see if we had options.
Originally I was helped by one store associate but I had forgotten something and I had to come back. This was by divine intervention because when I came back I was helped by Brandi at the store. Originally I was just going to downgrade the equipment but after conversation and a few click of the computer to see what I had active she was able to drastically change my services to have what I wanted and needed and also helping put money back in my pocket. She was able to find a way to win for everyone.
With so many companies losing the focus on customer satisfaction, Brandi went above and beyond in what she did that day and provided the premier customer service. Iāve enjoyed Spectrum for the past 5 years and I didnāt want to make a change to something else. Brandi did her due diligence and asked the right questions and helped me out.

I waited around with a significant amount of other people in the waiting area. The list of people on the screen never moved for over an hour. One of the assistance freed up after a family left her services. All customers in the establishment assumed she was about to help the next customer in this busy room. Instead she proceeded to go on her lunch break while customers needed assistance. To me as someone who manages a company this is very inconsiderate. Customer service is my NUMBER ONE priority as they make my revenue. I finally tried to complain to the manager what a lot of other PAYINGGGG customers were feeling. He came over to me with no remorse and never even tried to smoothly handle the situation. When I expressed to him the irritation we have all been feeling spending our entire Saturday evening at this establishment he immediately tried to kick me out.
