Cato Fashions — Local services in LaGrange

Terrible customer service. Was trying to spend around $100 and there were three employees in the store, one told me she couldn't ring up my purchase, I would have to wait in line. I went to the line and there were three people in front of me. I really don't have a problem waiting in line but when the same employee who told me she couldn't check me out came to the register and started doing something with inventory while we were all waiting in line just seemed like not such a good use of time. After waiting in line through two purchases the third one was making a purchase and getting a layaway and the other employee heard that and still didn't offer to open a register. I told her I could not wait any longer and instead of offering to check me out she took my merchandise and said fine! Fine! Did not sit well with me. I am a good customer. If you need more information to prove it, I will be glad to provide it. I will not be back to the store in LaGrange, GA even though I live here. May not shop Cato at all in the future! Really,...

I agree with Ms. Wilson. The customer service is terrible at this one in LaGrange Ga. I just quit going there and started shopping on line. NO ONE wants to check you out !!!! You stand waiting and waiting. There is always an employee that will tell me someone will help me soon, BUT, It is only when I'm putting my clothes and accessories down to leave ... I'll get service. REALLY?? I used to love to shop there. Sometimes I think about going in to shop, but, the last 3 experience have caused me to change my mind. Maybe the employees need more training on customer service. Other than that... I love Cato. Just NOT this one in Lagrange Ga.. Plus it's become unorganized....
