A perfect girls day! We brought our friend for her birthday and had the best time! We did the 5 wine tasting and Doug was very knowledgeable and accommodating. So fun to try wines from different places. While we were enjoying all the yummy wine, his wife and partner, Angelica led us in a craft. They have a lot of different craft options to choose from and we choose a macrame key chain. It was a little complicated, especially while drinking, but she took us step by step through the process with so much patience and we ended up with adorable heart shaped key chains! Unique new addition to Laguna. Has a nice friendly and convivial living room vibe which encourages strangers to chat and share their own experiences and recommendations of the wines. The wines are the stars: unlike most tasting rooms in Laguna they are not restricted to one winery and have a carefully curated selection (currently 17) that go beyond the sort you'd find in the supermarket or even local restaurants: for example several gems from Valle de Guadeloupe just over the border in Mexico. 5/5! Outstanding local wine tasting shop! My partner stumbled upon this wonderful local gem with the Capital One Experiences via Viator. We had a wonderful time enjoying ourselves with the 'Wine tasting around the World' that included 8 different/variety tastings of outstanding wines and an amazing charcuterie board. We had great conversations and learned so much about local and global wines from our host & owner, Angelica. We couldn't ask for a better time and love the shop, it felt so homey and comfortable.
