Fluffy Bear — Restaurant in Laguna Hills

Terrible customer service. Went to fluffy bear today, the 2 employees working at the time was Jake and Anna. I asked for a boba float and taro snow. Before my drink was even started 3 customers where served before me. At this point I was standing and waiting for my order for over 20 minutes. Finally, my father walked in and called them out, and just like that my order was done in less than 2-3 minutes. Though, I understand taro snow taking a while, Jake the manager actually explained that it should only take 8 minutes to prepare a taro snow. My drink only took around 2 minutes. That leaves a total of 10 minutes to complete my order. With the additional orders they received from other customers, I honestly think I could've been out of there in less than 15 minutes. Now our food is spoiled and time was wasted. I am asian, filipino, and to experience something like this on a day in which I should celebrate really...

Fluffy Bear Bubble Tea is one of the best bubble tea spot I've ever visited! The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing with friends or getting some work done. Don't fall into the marketing trap. First, Fluffy Bear has closed down. So all the pictures you see are from a company that went out of business. Pengo took over and used Fluffy Bear in the name (I guess because they kept a small portion of the ice cream business)?

The place is filthy. The front door looks like a dog slobbered all over it head to toe.

The whole place smells like Pine Sol, but isn't clean at all. The bathrooms are filthy.

Staff are a 2/5 on the friendly scale.
