Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Laguna Hills

I can only say the experience ordering from this location was horrible. (First time ordering as I am new to this area) I ordered the pizza originally online. I received a confirmation email stating my order and about 48 minutes later, the delivery guy brought us the wrong pizza. I called this location and behold the person answering the phone stated it was my fault in the first place because I ordered online. Can you believe this moron? Especially when I stated I have an email receipt with the proper order in that email. Though the moron stated it was still my fault. I called a supervisor, I tried to re-order the right pizza, they wanted to give me a 15 dollar credit. What a crap of &%&%$%$%. I refused and wanted a refund, where I was told she, as a manager, does not have the permission to refund anything, and I have to wait for the "GENERAL MANAGER to get my refund, but only after 5pm. Well I am waiting for 5pm and calling them again. If I don't get my refund, I will just chargeback the transaction through my credit card provider. I would stay away from ordering from this place. They are unprofessional, and don't know how to treat...

Very tasty Pizza! We will definitely be ordering again, but perhaps from a different location! 😋 We did have to wait a little while, just to be able to order, though. I believe it was mainly because of the small number of employees, that they had on shift, at that time. Surprisingly and Thankfully, we didn't have to wait too long, for our pizza to be ready, ONCE WE ORDERED, despite the understaffing! From a business perspective, however, they didn't have time to answer the phone, which was ringing off the hook, and that seems like a good way to lose money! 🤷‍♀️ ...and as a customer, the continuous phone ringing was also kind of annoying, too, honestly! 💁‍♀️ But I must finish by saying, that the employee that did take our order and answer the phone once and probably made our pizza too, handled his job and all the extra pressure, AMAZINGLY!!! Props to Him!!! 🤩 He was Very Polite and stayed Calm through it all... I couldn't believe it! It was enough to make any single employee go nutty! He did an EXCELLENT...

I tried this Pizza Hut for the first time. Anthony was the cashier. When I arrived, there was a party of young teens having fun and I noticed Anthony looking tired, but he was still attentive. He finished ringing them up and When it was my turn, I let him know I placed my online order and it was ready for pick-up.

Out of all the times I’ve ordered from a pizza place, I’ve NEVER had the cashier show me my pizza before picking it up to make sure it was correct. Anthony put the pizza on the counter, opened the box, showed it to me first and said, “Making sure this was your accurate order” and when he showed me my food, my mouth watered!

I thought this act of Customer Service should be recognized. Again, I’ve ordered a lot of pizza! But I’ve never had that little extra touch of, “Just making sure this was right for you.” Feeling.
