The Pizza Store by OC Local — Restaurant in Laguna Hills

we came in at about 8:45 when they close at 10pm.while my friend was ordering, the girl at the counter looks at our table and says “when they leave, we are closing up” and laughs at her coworker in an extremely snarky way. immediately, our group did not feel welcomed. we order our food and the service wasn’t up to par. i work in restaurant and customer service is what it’s all about. food was ok, ranch costed 80 cents per ranch which i thought was crazy. sauces should be free in my opinion. i then later turn around and two of the employees are sitting a the table and one is sitting drinking a beer which is not ok. might i add they close at 10pm and i look over and they are locking the doors at 9:20pm. the employees do not seem interested in customer service or their customers in general. i’m not sure what management took over, but the old pizza store was 100% better. Do not give this establishment your business. you have better odds with the pizza hut...

First off the Customer service here was extremely great. They are friendly and really care about their place of employment and it shows The restaurant was extremely clean. It was my first time here and let me tell you this is some of the best pizza I have ever had. I got the Hot Honey Meatball 10" pizza for lunch. Now I was a little skeptical on ordering this due to honey being on pizza sounds kinda strange but OMG this was the best pizza ever! It wasn't spicy to me but it was absolutely wonderful it was kinda sweet but savory at the same time. The pizza was cooked to perfection! The crust had just the right amount of crunch a generous amount of topping and the cheese was all gooey! It been a while that I've had pizza with the cheese stretching when grabbing a slice. This place definitely deserves more...

I placed an online order for $50 and in that order I had ordered calimari. When my food arrived I realized the calimari was missing. I then called the store and talked to the owner and he assured me he would send it to me. As an hour went by I called to ask about the delivery. And was then told by the owner that i did not pay for or even order the calimari. I stated I a copy if my recipt that states that I had paid for it. He then proceeded to appologize and then take down my info too deliver it too my house. As another hour went by it still hadn't arrived I talked to the owner for a third time to be yelled at and told I didnt order it even though it was clearly on my recipt. I was a long time customer at this establishment but now I will never go there again because of their shady...
