We have been coming here for about a year. We like the food very much but this place has major problems which are becoming mission critical and we will not eat here again. First of all, the place has always been very cold and we, even summertime, have always worn sweatshirts to eat there. This time, it is winter and very cold out. inside it was cold and got colder by the minute. When we arrived, no one said hello. there were only a few tables and I had to ask to sit down and I asked if I could sit at a table and I received a nod. I sat and waited for my wife who arrived to meet me a few minutes later. I ordered a couple of things and asked it the heat could be turned on. It never was The food was good but we had to ask for everything. I should actually say that the sushi and sashimi were good. The miso was horrible. The salad came without dressing. it was a horror show out front with the person who runs the place out front dressed in sweats and treating us like we are a burden. We made it through the entire meal and asked for the check. The worst service I have ever endured. Here is the worst part; between the server and the "hostess" no one said ONE word to us ever - NEVER We won't be back and...

I really liked the original O Sushi that burned down on El Toro Rd, then when I heard they opened up at this new location I just had to try it. Overall the menu is the same and they have the same all you can eat special. The food was good, a few items on the menu aren’t exactly how they use to make them. The baked Lobster roll is my favorite for the creamy sauce it use to come with, now it doesn’t and frankly it’s not as good. Our first time there the server was not very friendly and not helpful in terms of the menu. It was an older woman, so I don’t think it was because she was new. It seemed like she was pushing for us to do the all you can eat special $25.95 rather than listen to what was best for me. I only wanted two rolls which would have been $18 but she just pushed us to do the ā€œspecialā€ so my boyfriend and I ended up paying $50+. And you can’t take any leftovers home or they charge you extra for it. I think they need to work with their customers better so they feel they’re getting the best deal. Not really a must to go again unless I starve myself to take advantage of the all you can...

Nice atmosphere, and friendly wait staff. The rolls are typically VERY good for the $$, but with a few oddities; My significant other ordered a sushi burrito type item, and there was little fish with an OVERWHELMING amount of synthetic crab. I took a bite as well, and confirmed that it was a waste of good salmon.

The wait staff is a bit under-staffed, so wait times are higher than usual.

The big ticket item here was an odd one... Dirty glassware. Yep. You heard me. The glasses we were served our water in had gray and black specs semi-hardened to the inside and outside of the glass. Even after asking our server for clean glassware, the new set of glasses had the same particulates on/in them. When asked what was in them, she just said "material". Not the wait staff's fault at all, but this is a pretty basic thing not to f--k up. Having worked in the service industry myself, I know that having clean plateware and glassware really only requires a few things... Minor attention to detail being...

Plays bait and switch on $2.50 draft beers that they advertise with two huge banners. Menu shows $4.50. She said prices are 4.50 and they are taking down banners. Waitress wanted to argue the point. Came back said we will honor on Kirrin only. I said I get one or two Sapporo on draft usually... she said no on Sapporo but then another waitress jumped in andsaid it would be okay... at that point I was over it wanted to leave because of feeling uncomfortable having to argue in the first few minutes of being there over not wanting to honor advertisement at first. It's a WEEK later and I went to see why the same banners are up... you could read the rest on Yelp. He told me if customers complain then he charges the 2.50 for now I only have one or two imagine the surprise of having six to eight and paying double the price.... he says some people don't say anything because they figure it's only for happy hour I said it doesn't say that on the banner and he agreed

Looked this place up on Yelp, saw the ratings and had to try it out, being from the Central Valley I have friends that are sushi owners and have taught me a thing or two. This is a must stop, great atmosphere, quick and friendly service, for a busy Friday night we were treated like it wasn’t busy, food was fantastic from the Garlic Edamame, Salmon Collar, Kin Roll, Toro, Albacore JalapeƱo Roll, Hungry Roll, Large Sweet Shrimp to the Baked Mussels. Pictures don’t lie!
