The cakes are good and I’ve tried the hot chocolate but as far as service uhhh they could do way better. First time I went with a friend and she had ordered first, I tried then ordering and they didn’t take cash to which I don’t think there’s a sign informing that and I didn’t have other form of payment at the moment. Being pregnant and having that crave she had to pay for my drink which was embarrassing cause I was even willing to overpay to get my drink and they refused. Since I liked the cake decided to go again. This time took my boyfriend and I was prepared with a card, they close at 12 and we got there a little before 11:30. They didn’t ask if it was to go but we sat down assuming you know they knew and since we only got 2 drinks and cakes we would be gone by 12. They decided to pack our order to go and when I asked they said they didn’t serve for dine in after 11:30 but have in mind we came in before that lol. The other employee the guy with blonde hair approached which my first time going with the cash situation was with him the whole interaction. Anyways I feel like they’re not trained enough to handle customer service, I have years of experience and I get new to CS you’ll make mistakes but it can really hurt a business and make them not come back for interactions like this. Wanted to love it cause the place is really nice and overall the food is good but I’d rather go where I’m gonna be treated like anyone else and I’ll say this cause there was still other customers inside not worrying about close time. Nothing like it in all of south OC. One great aspect is that they're open till 10pm every night, and till MIDNIGHT on weekends. The drinks are terrific- some very unique and even exotic. Service is outstanding, and the staff is very happy to fill any request. Try the chai, which is as true to original form as possible. I've been to India twice, and this chai is the real thing. The warm relaxing atmosphere is not your boring cold everyday corporate coffee place with Taylor Swift blasting. You feel like you're on vacation in an eclectic district in Paris or a cafe in Covent Garden. One highlight is that they will serve drinks in beautiful classy coffee and tea cups. You can order tea service for your whole table, with pots and glasses.

This café may soon be the first American coffee house to require reservations if the business keeps up at its currently stellar rate. They have many elegantly designed tables and chairs, but they are often filled on Friday and Saturday nights, so expect to wait a little if you plan to be seated.

We stumbled upon this gem by accident while searching for an open café late at night, and it turned out to be an incredible find! Despite the late hour, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with cozy seating and a calming ambiance that made us feel right at home.

We decided to try their Karak tea, and it was an absolute delight—perfectly brewed with a rich, aromatic blend of spices and just the right amount of sweetness. It was so good that we couldn’t stop talking about it. The next morning, we found ourselves back at the café, eager to explore more of their menu.

My husband couldn’t resist ordering the Karak tea again, while I opted for the matcha latte this time. Both drinks were fantastic! The matcha latte had a creamy, velvety texture with a delicate balance of sweetness and earthiness, making it incredibly refreshing. The consistency and flavor quality of their beverages truly impressed us.

The café’s atmosphere is another highlight—charming, peaceful, and ideal for everything from casual chats to quiet moments with a book.
