Editing and adding on. Tried cookies yet a third time, there is something up with the baker. The cookies do not taste right.

This location needs help. I've eaten at many franchise locations and I can tell this location needs to step up its game. The sample cookies in the front are supposed to look scrumptious And inviting. The samples look terrible and they don't look like they're made to match the franchise. They need to invest in more staff, I came in and there was only one person working. With a bakery and POS to run that does not work. I have gone into the store to purchase cookies as well as get doordash delivery and each time the cookies were well below standard. The lobby is also large but is very empty with empty space and does not have any inviting features. They need to put more effort into accomplishing the standards of the franchise. Went in this week with no greeting or acknowledgment from any staff. i thought maybe they didn’t hear me enter so i said hello to which they didn’t respond which is fine not a big deal. But, as i was looking at what i wanted i asked them a question about one of their cookies. Your employee Sam looked at me as if I was an inconvenience. She proceeded to then just give me the “Gen-Z stare” (looking at me like i’m stupid) which i was confused because my question was pretty valid as i do not work there and don’t know exactly what’s put into these cookies. When she finally gave me an answer she did it with an attitude that i just thought was completely unnecessary. Let me start with THE COOKIES WERE DELICIOUS!!

Only reason I left 1 star was the service. It was my first time ever to a crumble cookies and I had no idea what to expect. I walked in and waited at the counter and saw 2 employees in the back. Both looked directly at me and said nothing (nor smiled or even waved). I finally figured out from the guest that walked in behind me that I could place an order on the tablet. The guest was 10x more helpful and personable than the staff working. Finally got my order without a hello, goodbye, thank you, or even a smile. I understand everyone is different, but especially for first time guests there should at least be a greeting or minimal help. I'll definitely try crumble cookies again, but at a...
