Starbucks — Restaurant in Laguna Woods

The walk-up window was closed, but one doesn't become aware of that until after parking and walking up to it. So I walked back to the car and took it to the drive-through window. I ordered a caramel brulle cappuccino ( which I do only once a year). I took my beverage and drove on towards my next destination. Upon taking one sip, I was in sugar shock!!! It had no taste of coffee whatsoever. I pulled over, removed the lid, and saw only white. I poured in a single serve cold brew, tried that, and it still only tasted like I'd taken a swig of pure syrup. Needless to say, the beverage was not drinkable. I think of all the more practical ways I could have spent the $5.75. Never again. Ugh, gross yuck. My teeth still hurt!! I usually buy from this location in the drive through and today when I came in to order In person seemed like I was interrupting the workers I asked a recommendation because I’m tired of the same drink and she couldn’t even say any but like vainilla , like girl I know but she was in a rush apparently to keep gossiping or whatever. After that I used the restroom my drink wasn’t ready so I was waiting on my phone instead of calling my name they kept playing and she said are you going to order anything else I said no she said well there is your drink. This Starbucks is actually a Drive through with a walk-up counter. First time I have seen one like this. It is on a busy intersection but you can only enter from the two side cross streets. Both are divided roads so this is the reason only entry from the 2 roads. They open at 4:00 a.m. which surprised me. Never thought Starbucks being open for business at that time of day but I am not up then. The barista was friendly and we talked about the Christmas cups that sold out quickly. The downside for this place, in my opinion, was the outside tables were dirty. They were not busy so it would have been easy for someone to walk outside and wipe down tables. My reason...
