I start off with the good first. Love your coffee and their drinks. I love their variety and especially the dark chocolate that they can add. They have great specialty drinks and you can tell the ingredients they use are high quality. The bad: customer service at various locations is wildly different. For example, the coffee bean nearest my house on El Toro road and trabuco has good customer service. They're usually quick and eager to please. They are friendly and have a great attitudes. On the other hand, the coffee Bean on Moulton parkway just south of El Toro is one of the worst ones I have ever been to. The manager has a terrible attitude. Just doesn't seem to care about anything and just brusque bordering on rude.. Even though I'm a silver member, he would not honor the email that I got from coffee Bean that would have given me half off my drink. I showed it to him and he refused to honor it. He gave me a bad attitude about it and resentfully said the best he could do was take a dollar off. This is typical of this location is I've had terrible customer service one time waiting 20 minutes in line while one car in front of me ordered two drinks and it took them 20 minutes to get. I would avoid this location like the plague. It is terrible. The ugly in general corporate customer service is terrible. They have never responded to anything. I have sent them text wise message wise or a phone call wise. I have heard this from numerous other customers. When they put in their new rewards program the app wouldn't work for 10 days and I missed out on several things like the half Price coffee, all the points I could have earned during the 10 days etc. I could not use the app at all because it wouldn't work etc. Customer service never responded and I have heard that this is common with many people who have the same problem. That's why I left a maybe review because it depends on which coffee bean Location you go to. The one by my house is excellent. Read moreSo I don't know if they were busy inside or if there was a new employee but I was the first one in line at the drive-through around 930 am. I didn't think anything would be wrong with the order but it surprised me and I was kinda disgusted. I ordered a bagel/cream chs and a caramel cappuccino. So hot. Right? I didn't say cold and a cold cappuccino is weird. When I ordered I did say large but I didn't know they only do 1 size just a different shot amount. Not a big deal I would think but maybe it through someone off. It felt like it took a bit long to get my drink and when the guy brought it it was a caramel slushy drink thing. He gave it to me fast so when I went to say it wasn't mine he was fast leaving. Like I blinked and the window was shutting and he was running to do something else. Didn't even say hi or anything just Here's your drink and gone. So I am thinking he was panicked but idk. So the lady gave me my bagel after warming it up so that took a few minutes and i told her it wasn't my drink so she went to fix it. Then some other guy i hadn't seen yet came and confirmed my order so I was like okay, finally getting my drink. I got it and started to drive to Aldis which is right there and I went to drink and it was cold like sitting out for a while cold and I opened and it just looked old...like i was drinking an employee coffee from earlier that they couldn'tget to drinking. Read moreIt is Friday September 1st, I came in to buy coffee with my already old coffee bean purple travel mug, this guy with a big beard belittle me, asking me, over and over again if i was buying the cup, when i had already told him that it was mine. I opened my cup to show him that it was old, then he scarcarstist said if I had a joke, because he would like to hear one, he kept bugging me with his scarcarstist attitude, he kept staring at me with this hateful face, he was grinding his teeth. I wanted to cry. He belittle me, with his attitude, the other workers started laughing as they knew I was his morning punching bag, You can verify all this as corporations have cameras in there. He destroyed my day, I kept saying thank you have a great day, and they ignored me the girls were laughing with him, as they knew how horrible he treated me. As I walked out I said to him, I hope your vibe r this places changes because you are bad vibes. And I walked out I just threw away the coffee and the wraps I can't get over his disrespectful way of treating me, maybe he is racist towards Hispanic ortl tourists from AZas am visiting for the long weekend and wearing my AZ tshirt. I asked him if he could heat the wrap a little bit, which he did but he didn't wear gloves when handling my food after he had touched the cash money I gave him to pay for my food.
