Employees don't even know whats on their own menu. I've been to this Wendy's twice. BOTH times they have given me the incorrect sandwich, then when I brought it back to tell them it was wrong, they messed up on the replacement sandwich also!! Like, HOW??. I ordered a number one both times I went. Which is a Maple Chicken Bacon Croissant sandwich. No modification whatsoever. Just simply asked for a number 1 with milk. The first time I went, they gave me the incorrect sandwich. Something with beef, cheese on a muffin. Not even close. I brought it back, they gave me a chicken bacon on a Croissant, with white gravy. I just ate it anyway even though it was wrong. I shouldn't have ever went to that Wendy's again. But I gave it the benefit of the doubt & tried again today. They did THE EXACT SAME THING!! I ordered a number one with milk. They gave me an entirely different sandwich that wasnt even close to whats on the menu! I brought it back, they then gave me a chicken bacon on a Croissant but added cheese. I didnt just eat it this time. If im paying for it, I want it correct. So I brought it back again. The lady got mad at me saying "It comes with cheese". I said well the menu doesnt say anything about cheese, nor does the mobile app, & I've ordered it a dozen times at other Wendy's & never once has it had cheese on it so I think you just got it incorrect. I sat in the spot reserved for this for a while, so eventually I checked my phone and saw on my banking app that I had paid 17 minutes earlier and my food had still not been brought out. I pulled around to the window again and told them I was still waiting on my food. The worker at the window seemed not to know who I was. They then proceeded to tell me that they were working on it now. When I told them I had been waiting for over fifteen minutes and I didn't understand why they were only just working on it, they tried to tell me it took a while, then tried to tell me they had only just gotten it, probably a few other excuses I didn't process. They became upset with me for “having an attitude” when I refused to pull forward—again—and because I was annoyed at having to wait 20 minutes for fast food. Read moreFirstly, I need to put that the temperature outside the night I am talking about was 42 degrees. I called to ask the hours and was told they closed at midnight. I had to walk to the location (took me all of 3 min), because my car was broken down. I get there and the lobby doors were unlocked (it was 10:05) so I went it and up to the counter. I was then told but an extremely RUDE pink haired girl, that the lobby was closed (then LOCK THE DOOR dummy) and that their servers had been down for a while and were unable to take my order!!! So why wasn't I informed of that issue when I called??? Because the employees at this location are lazy., that's why!!! And I have been to this location many many times because it is so close to my home, but I will NEVER darken the door of this pathetic establishment.
