Employees follow the lead of management but in this instance it should be the opposite. I attempted to use the coupons I am grateful to receive in thr mail. I ordered 2 cinnamon buns each fir a dollar, 2 for $3.99 bacon egg and cheese biscuits, 2 steak biscuits for $4.49, and a coffee. I alerted the order taker I was using my handy coupons but was told to place a "regular order" and provide the coupons at the window. I complies. My kids and I joke about who calculates the correct price before the window and yes, normally I win. This morning I was off by over $4.00, not possible right? I give the money to the cashier who happens to also be the manager (I believe Raymonda B) and tell her I believe the number is off to which she said no as she handed me the change and my receipt.
Naturally I looked at the receipt and noticed I had been charged fir an extra sandwich and brought it to her attention only to hear her say, "really" and almost throw me $2 dollars. I decided to park and come in and not hold up the other customers. I came in and the other manager asked that it be rang over (brace yourself) Raymond B. Saud and I quote, "I am not ringing it over it was only about $2 difference and I gave that to her, I am going to pee!" She walked from the register and out to the restroom passing by ne standing at the counter she again repeated what she intended to do in rhe restroom and I told her I thought it was inappropriate to do so.
The second manager resolved it and provided me the correct change $7. Raymonda B. returned from rhe restroom and without washing her hands walked right over and commenced bagging orders. I am still dumbfounded by her demeanor, actions, and lack of appropriate leadership. The second manager and the crew were embarrassed and sadly made every attempt to remain professional.

I found pieces of hair in all three bags of my food. On my burger, and my fries and it disgusted me.
I called to have my food replaced or a refund. I was told I couldn't get one, but could get it replaced.
A woman on the phone that I talked to acted as if she wrote my name down and took my number to have it replaced.
I don't know if it's true that she acted it out, but when I arrived the next day to have it replaced I spoke to a man on the Mic in drive thru and he sounded like he was just aggravated with me.
I told him the situation and that my name was written down for a replacement and he told me it wasn't, with that being said, I said I don't believe she wrote my name or anything down.
because he said she didn't, I don't believe he even put the effort to try and find out any information, and told me if I had my receipt then I could have it replaced. Couldn't find it and he still wouldn't replace it. Wouldn't even give the chance to speak to a manager.
that being said don't eat here, because they need to get their staff straightened out and there food...
Read more0 stars actually. My husband was on his lunch break and chose to go through the drive-thru for what he thought would be a quick bit. After waiting over 20 minutes, he was given the wrong food and was in such a hurry and was already so mad that he just took it especially because he overhead the manager on duty and another employee talking about the orders and heard the manager confirm that it was the wrong order, but she just scrunched her shoulders like, "whatever" and proceeded to put it in the bag anyways and give it to him to get him out. I know they don't make much money there but they make enough that they should care to ensure that people get what they ordered. We don't want anything for free, just for people to know what they are dealing with potentially. This was between 11:30/12:00 on Wednesday, April 26th.
