Was in a random mood for panda express and this time I let the gentleman know that I was recording and that I didn’t appreciate the way that he was speaking to his response. Was he did not care and why was it so offensive?
When I pulled up to the speaker box because I can’t go into this place anymore, without being completely disrespected, he jumped over the young lady that was speaking to me to intentionally. Let me know that it was him on the other side. I attached a video of our interaction at the window the mindset of trying to remain professional again just let him know that I thought it was rude and I didn’t appreciate the way that he was speaking to me. I filled out to have somebody contact me unfortunately nobody has contacted me from panda express.
Edit: the disrespect continues I walked in tonight 6/22/ 2024. To order my regular meal, thinking that this was a business. The scruffy man from the last review, his name Chris with a K. I was patiently waiting in line for the gentleman serving and Chris with a K appeared to have singled me out as he was not serving on this line to serve me my food. I said good morning as it is usually my morning at this hour he did not respond. He started serving me food and then immediately started pulling food back out and minimizing the portions. When I told him I appreciate it, but I’ve changed my mind. He started calling me ma’am again is now the second time that he’s intentionally called me ma’am. When I asked him what he said, he reiterated have a good day ma’am. Disgruntled, I said you too and left. I don’t understand how business with your manager standing not 10 feet away from you would allow this to happen knowing full well that they can hear each other as their mics on their earpieces light up when they’re talking to each other other. I would give this place zero stars if I could specifically for those two staff members. Being a prior restaurant manager, myself of several restaurants I would’ve never let my staff, regardless of the situation. Speak to customers like this. I could understand if I was being disrespectful to the individual where I as the manager would step in and kindly ask a customer to leave, but that is not the case here. I sent an email to corporate with no response. I will try other means communication. But apparently if you leave a bad review because you got bad service, you were going to continuously get put down if you ever walk back into the restaurant.
I typically come here 3 to 4 times a week with no issues. This is definitely been one of my go to places, but the atmosphere and environment has gone down recently and there’s one scruffy employee that just has the worst customer service doesn’t care about what you have to say. Doesn’t read your instructions on the tickets when you place a mobile order when you say something to them in person, you don’t get an apology you don’t get. I understand you get nothing. He just struggles his shoulders and walks away. After your cash transaction is complete him and one other person in here couldn’t care less about what you have to say or think heaven forbid you have a problem. You get treated like a nuisance. Again, I’ve been coming here 3 to 4 times a week for the past nine months. But I may have to find somewhere new to go because I refuse to be treated disrespectfully and give them money. Read moreRude and at 8 pm they seem to only cook food for drive thur. And are only cooking one order at a time. They tell you that what’s there is all they have. They were trying not cook anything else before they closed at 9. Yet you watch it made for others in drive thru. And they only had 2 item available as if that’s all they were making. Not appearing to be willing to let you know what was going to put on bar, or if. I was willing to wait on an item. I finishing my whole meal never received the other 1/2 of the plate I paid and waited for. Yet the girl gave what I ordered and waited on to the customer that came in after me. As we began to leave I went to register and this girl just hands me this little box, with the pan scrapings of the item i waited and paid for. Why she couldn’t have let me know it was ready. I would have gotten up and waited on it. Not a word spoke just stared and handed it to me. No apologizing nothing. It was kind of creepy in hind sight.
If you walk in you will receive passive aggressive behavior from staff. They seemed to enjoy the fact I didn’t get what I paid for. This was not a mistake. It was passive aggressive behavior. Nasty glaring at the customers. Truly unbelievable. Panda Express really needs to look into what’s going on in this franchise. Something isn’t right. They are smearing the name. And I go to other towns with no experiences anywhere near what I had happen to us today in a Panda Express. It felt like the employees enjoyed mistreating to the patrons of this establishment. It was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. And the cook was banging and slinging the pans. Angry is the feeling I presume these employees have about having to serve you. And not give you what you paid to for. I will never go back to this location again. Panda Express you need to step inside and check out how your name is being represented by these employees....

Laci, the “not so smart cashier” took care of you from the start and tried to scan your rewards and do as much as she could before you caught an attitude & when you called for a manger, I also tried to enter your phone number, and have you scan rewards multiple times, there is only so much we can do, you are not behind the register so you cannot see what we see. You did not ask for free drinks, you said “go ahead and take those off and just give them to me since my rewards are not working”. I can’t just do what you say, this is MY JOB. I’m sure you are old enough to know about being kind, why couldn’t you just do that? I’m sure you can ask all of our customers and they will say that, TEAM PANDA ALWAYS takes care of all of our customers. All we ask, is to be human like us, this is our job and we love this town and the people in it but we are just like everyone else here, so treat us as such. We hope you come back with a better attitude and understand of our job here...
