Ellianos Coffee — Restaurant in Lake City

With this being a drive-thru establishment, I awkwardly had walked to the window to order since my car was being charged a block away. One of the girls saw me, grabbed the Clover device and walked to the window. She looked at me, put the device down and turned her back to me. She looked over her shoulder at me a few times and then walked away. Umm...ok.

A guy had pointed at me to the window while talking to a different girl. The first girl shook her head and walked back over. This time I waved gently and smiled. But same experience, she turned her back to me.

Figured I'd would try the other side since there was already a queue there. Another girl had come out taking orders from other cars. When it would be my turn, she walked passed me towards the cars behind me (it was car, car, me standing, car, car). I asked if she could take my order because I'd like coffee. Her bewildered face said a lot but she took my order.

When it was my turn to go to the window, a different girl handed me my drink looking slightly confused. Told her I was waiting for my car to charge. With a blank stare, closed the window.

So the drink was decent but that customer experience was kind of weird. With it being at night and about 42 degrees, it was chilly so I really wanted something hot thus me not motivated to walk to a different establishment. I understand walking to the window is rather unconventional for a drive-thru only business but if it was not permitted for walk up, a sign...

Unfortunately My experience wasn't the best at this particular Location because of the customer service. This was my. First time visiting this location and I ordered my food and pulled up to the window. Unfortunately for whatever reason the ladies working had some type of issue with me that they refused to address. I Greeted the lady at the wind.Order my food, slick comments.Were being thrown around the work area Towards me and/or about me.And when I asked the lady to repeat what was said t. she didn't want to. Being that I don't even know who you are.I'm not sure what type of delusion you are under concerning who you think.I am, but, you don't know me and I don't know you.I would like to order my food and get the same customer service that everybody else gets. If there's an issue i'm all ears , please let me know and we can address it. I hate that I had to go out my way to leave a Bad review.Because of the way I was treat it without a cause.If there's a reason like I said, I'm all ears.I'm listening.Let me know what my issue is with ordering my food and why my food was slid across the counter as if serving me with such a displeasure. Like I said before I don't know Any of you, ladies and you don't know me either.I hope you can correct your customer service situition.And I hope you have a better day than whatever you had...

I've always loved coffee ever since I was a kid and though I rarely drink it anymore when I do have a craving I still go here over anywhere else. I remember when they first started in Lake City and to me they have been just as good since. For the price, service, size and flavor I wouldn't go anywhere else. The other big chains are just overpriced and not as good and the other competitors in town I've tried just don't taste anywhere as good to me. The Vanilla creme and the Cookies & Creme with extra shots are my 2 go to drinks here and compared to similar ones elsewhere they just don't taste as good. So if you are looking for great coffee at a good price and with typically a shorter line because of the duel windows (unless it is first thing in the morning of course) then I suggest...
