Arrived at the restaurant shortly before 4 PM to use the Restaurant buy some fries and drive home. Was only one wet floor signed visible to me, and that was in the foyer coming from the outside before you enter the actual restaurant. I turned right to head to the restroom before ordering my fries to go home and slipped right after passing the trashcan having to hold onto the window ledge. Twisting my neck, hip & shoulder and bruising my arms. No employee from the restaurant asked or came out to see if I was hurt. As, I gathered myself, I turned towards the cashier where I could then see on the total opposite side of the restaurant near the drink machine area was another wet floor, sign several fans, and 2 Inches or more of water. I had to request to speak with the manager. Who did not ask if I was OK or give his name he asked me if I wanted calm down & fill out Incident report. I replied yes. He asked did I want him to call ambulance? I said yes he never called one. Instead, he got on the phone allegedly with his general manager and talked about how I was upset, and how I took pictures of the water restaurant. He Sent out a female employee with a clipboard for me to fill out an incident report. A female employee stated that their icemaker had stopped working, and that was the cause for condensation and standing water throughout the interior of the restaurant & how they got busy and had not had time to come out and get the water up. Several other patrons in the dining room complained that they could not get into the restroom due to the standing water. A gentleman with a child complained they did not get drinks because of the standing water. After filling out the incident report and taking Video footage of the water in the restaurant, The manager comes out and tells me that the general manager will be giving me a call I asked him what the ambulance coming he He stated that because I had called my husband, he assumed my husband was coming to get me. I’m not sure what that has to do with receiving medical attention. They finally decided to close the dining room Upon my exit, but I don’t understand how several inches of standard water wasn’t enough to close the dining room prior to someone getting hurt. Now I’m sitting in the...
Read moreExtremely disappointed in this Wendy's. I went out of my way to go here. I worked a long day and was looking forward to a number 1 combo.
I went through the drive thru. The lady handed me my combo and I looked in the bag and was shocked. I looked at the lady, before I could say anything, she said "oh you want fresh fries". She said that before I even pulled the fries out of the bag before I said anything. She already knew. The fries were very old, hard, cold, and extremely discolored. I ordered a large and they didn't even fill it half way besides being out of temp.
I can't believe they would give a customer extremely old fries. They are suppose to follow FDA guidelines when it comes to temperature. I'm sure they wouldn't want to eat extremely old fries. Not to mention it could have gotten someone sick.
I called this Wendy's and the manager on the phone could care less. She said her name was Victoria but I'm not really sure because she didn't identify herself when she answered the phone. I had to ask her her name and she was reluctant.
She said to me, well...you got fresh fries to replace it, didn't you.
Yeah, I had to wait for them to be cooked. Which I wouldn't have minded in the 1st place.
Unbelievable, no integrity at all. Not taking responsibility for what happened. They know that it's wrong and unacceptable.
These fries were beyond old. They think it's funny. Well, it's not. Shame on you.
If you don't want to give the customer decent food, then you are in the wrong business. You can't play with food...
Read moreWorst Wendy's we have ever been at. Traveling through and stopped for a bite to eat, Service was terrible, asked cashier about the queso fries being to spicy and was told no, to my surprise when I opened the container there were Jalepenos all through the cheese. The husband took up to counter, and they proceeded to argue with him about the fries. The cashier said if you didn't want my opinion, then why ask? I told her I couldn't do real spicy food. Then hubby's single tomatoes only came back with cheese after je told the cashier 2 times no cheese. The girl at register then stated that we needed to state no cheese, and we told her we told the other cashier 2 times, and she shrugged well she must not have understood you. But next time, make sure the receipt and order are correct before we pay. That was rude and uncalled for. They were trying to blame him for the wrong order. We were stared at the entire time by the cashier and others behind the counter. While they made rude comments. Again, we have never been to Wendy's before that treated their customers like this. It's sad and disappointing. We won't be back, is all I can say now. Maybe the employees need a refresher course in manners and...
