Outstanding service ,great coffee with Fair prices. Truly A winner! Dutch brothers is a warmly welcomed competitor in the coffee market and is a tribute to free enterprise and competitiveness as far as price, customer service and especially value for what you pay for. This is not to take the thunder of Starbucks however, Starbucks offers to all of its employees who work 20 hours+ tuition at âArizona State Universityâ, if they choose to go there. So it is $32,000.00 -a-year out of state$!!128,00000 as a benefit!? Now divide that by 20 hours a week or 80 hours a month thatâs $3,180.00 a month benefit on top of what they get for salary not a bad gig. So they get paid $1600.09 a month minimum wage 20 hours a week for four (2) weeks and get the bonus of $,3,180.00 add it upâ$4,700.00 a month-plus âfree medicalâ if they work more hours Again this is not to impugn and or denigrate Starbucks if youâre paying someone with benefits ,medical, free college tuition and their pay is good
Essentially youre lookinf at approximately 5 1/2 thousand dollars $5,500.00 a month times 12 months not a bad gig for working 20 hours a week factor
So and itâs relative perspective knowing these are tough economic times with exorbitant prices and inflation of the scale like when Jimmy Carter was president in the late 70s where I live through that at 14% to 20% inflation . Joe Bidenâs good friend...the next time you buy a cup of coffee at Starbucks ask yourself âwhat is the value of your coffee versus what you were paying for the overhead the fringe benefits the advertisingâ??! Then perspectively Dutch coffee a little kiosk across the street and theyâre always busy- back to back bumper to bumper cars- American free enterprise so the fancy ambience and the clear identification of having a little Starbucks card with a logo to some people gives them empowerment or prestige. As my wife says you canât eat prestige or drink prestige. Sob itâs best to be prudent use your dollars wisely and make an informed choice thatâs all Iâm saying
So again can you imagine the price of Arizona State University? Please look it up as to out of state tuition per year . So you clearly see that youâre paying for somebody elseâs college . There is nothing wrong with that as I applaud people who want to work their way through as I did and go to college and not be burdened with heavy debt unless you think Joe Bidenâs gonna bail you out to entice younger people to vote for him thatâs why he waited so long to do this and defy the United States Supreme Court decision on this issue , as he did a workaround and another workaround at the price of $1.7 trillion youâre gonna be burdened with to pay for some kids college education and training for non-marketable degrees as compared to others who didnât go to college they get nothing!!?
Now think about it ,could you work -at pretty much any other place for 20 hours a week and get your tuition paid for free!??
So many part-time students at colleges are trying to get their way through college who work over 20 hours a part time for minimum wage , they do not get anything: so of course itâs a free market. I wish all the coffee makers and distributors as well as baristas the very best . As you have had family members say this as my grandfather used to say âthereâs no such thing as a free lunchâ !! So youâre paying for it . Conversely ,Dutch brothers is approximately 1/2 half the price and their value is comparable as to the quality of taste and selection.
So it is analogous to this â rhetorically I present this â...would you buy a Ford 150 truck new or a 15 year old used Toyota your call of course. Would you buy a new Cadillac or an old Yugo? They both have engines they both have wheels when is absolutely more reliable Cadillac than the Yugo. Be informed ,be aware and be prudent in your choices and selection where you want to spend your money.

Read moreWhat an experience. Employees were trading off shifts in the middle of the drive-through, and stopping to chat with customers in their carsâŠjust standing in the middle of the road. The wait was 25 minutes for four cars, which wouldnât have bothered me so much if I knew the staff was actually working. I saw at least four different people get out of their cars and walk into building through kitchen and âbarista onlyâ doors (so much for that) to pop in and say hi, which has to be some level of workplace violation. Interestingly, there were two female employees shot gunning something out of a can and then spitting it all over the sidewalk next to the drive-through lane, which was not the sight I wanted to seeâŠat all or before my drink. For reference, I ordered two on menu coffees - no add ons or substitutes - and when I EVENTUALLY pulled up to the window, the barista gave me the most exasperated eye-roll I have ever seen a human produce. If that wasnât enough, she cut off mid conversation with me to sing karaoke with the entire staff, who was all shouting so loudly and obnoxiously that I couldnât hear my passenger talk. I felt like I was in the back of a high school classroom. I think it is important to mention I did not voice any of my grievances, and was completely polite, which is the least anyone can do..unless your the pink haired barista at this location đ The coffee itself was 80% milk, which is insane for 16 dollars. Look, Iâm not saying any chain coffee store needs to be run like the Navy, but this location operates like a free to enter high school party. Really fun experience for my first ever Dutch Bros visist. Iâll save my tips for a worker who doesnât actively treat their customers with zero respect. Only plus was the nice guy in the drive through - blond buzz cut - who was in turn very helpful and polite. Save your time, money, and patience for somewhere that wonât make you want to slam your head into your...
Read moreI love dutch sososo much and I started coming to this location that is a bit out of my way because I believed it to be better. I received great customer service from the first employee, he even told me that he put so much effort into our drinks and we could tell! But the past two times, I have gotten the same employee and the same poor customer service as well. He seemed extremely bothered by our order and just wanted to remember it off the top of his head. Our drinks were also not filled completely both times and the initial time i asked if I could have more soft top so my drink could be filled, with an attitude he told me he made it to the measurements. As well as he didnât make the drinks extra thick as ordered and did not portion the soft top parfait as every other dutch worker has ( as if he didnât have enough to do it correctly). Every time Iâve bought a dutch drink it was filled to the brim as it should be considering I am a paying customer. I donât believe this is how Dutch Bros would want their employees representing...
