Elsinore shoes and apparel — Local services in Lake Elsinore

Stopped here for some last minute Christmas shopping. I’ve heard good things about this place so decided to take a look. My husband went in first and I stayed in the car because our small children were asleep. He came back out almost immediately annoyed saying the employees were profiling him as if he was going to steal and they told him “We just care about our customers”. I work customer service so I thought maybe he was being dramatic. I went in shortly after to look around, wasn’t greeted and not one single employee was customer servicing anyone in there but they were all gathered at the counter. Me and my fiancé came down to the area for a friends birthday. We realized we forgot his T-shirts and prayed that we would come across the store like this, and it was nothing short of amazing. We found a huge variety of pro club T-shirts, and we even left with some things we didn’t know we needed like Ben Davis’s. The shirts are to die for, not to mention that the customer service is amazing there. I think the owners name was Sam and if I’m not mistaken, it’s a family ran business. His daughter was so sweet, and I think his wife was the one who helped me as well. All in all great experience, great prices, I highly recommend it if you live in the area. Most annoying place to shop. This is not the first time I have been here while being treated the same each time. They do not leave you alone and are very pushy to have them tell you what you are looking for. They didn’t want me touching their merchandise unless I told them what I was looking for or if they could help me when I already expressed that I was just looking about 5 times. I felt profiled as if I was going to rob the place. Definitely won’t be going back and neither will close friends and family....
