I am a massive supporter of Starbucks, but this location will never ever get my business again after today. I walked in behind a very, obviously super pregnant young woman who by the way had just come out of the drive-through line. It took about three minutes for anyone to even notice us at the counter. The lady said that she would be with us in a moment, the woman in front of me, she just needed the code for the restroom as she is literally about to pee her pants. The lady with an attitude that was working there with colored hair, stated that she needed to purchase something. The woman then told her she had just come out of the drive-through so reluctantly, the lady gave her the code, but as soon as she turned her back to go to the restroom, the woman signal to another coworker, rolled her eyes and shook her head no… I was incredibly shocked by the behavior. I did go on to tell them that they cannot deny a pregnant woman access to the restroom and they continue arguing with me stating that it is a Starbucks policy. I will just leave this here for further reference, but Starbucks is looking for a serious lawsuit if this continues and the wrong person is told they can’t use the restroom… and by the way, if you are charging people to use the restroom, please make sure that the facilities have everything required… I went to the restroom after making a purchase and there were no seat covers and barely any toilet paper and it was super messy on the floor
The Restroom Access Act requires businesses to provide immediate access to a toilet facility for individuals with eligible medical conditions,...
Read moreYou know over the years this place has been one of my favorite spots. But I will have to say that today when my wife walked in there, and we had been shopping all day long in the shopping center at that location, we were quite beat from the Sun and just the overall experience of shopping all day. When we went in she asked for two waters like we always do, so we can drink them and then we order a coffee. But we like to sit and rest since Starbucks is a place where we can always have done that. Apparently not anymore. They told my wife that they no longer gave water to anybody. That you had to be a pain customer up front that you couldn't ask for a free water. I mean, free water people. You are not asking for anything other than something that the Earth gives us for free. It was quite humiliating experience for my wife, who quickly ran back outside to our vehicle to grab some money and went back inside to purchase something. Just so we could get some water. I don't know what kind of policy this is, since we just got water from Starbucks two days ago at four corners. Starbucks will no longer be our go to. There's other coffee shops out there that are dying for our money. And service. And our overall attention. The girls that didn't have to be so rude to my wife it was just absolutely ridiculous. Shame on you ladies...
Read moreMy coffeehouse experience was terrible at this location. I went in with my friends on Tuesday Oct.21, and my friends and I were discussing what drinks we wanted so we wouldn’t be clueless at the register and Jasmine, a partner with purple, came up to us asking if we were going to order while we hadn’t even been there for 5 minutes yet. I understand we can not be in the cafe without making a purchase, but the way she came up to us was rude and impatient because she hadn’t even waiting a few minutes to let us decide what we want. Also, while we went to order a partner named Blair took our orders extremely rude. I asked for a matcha latte add plain banana cold foam. She then explains very rudely how it is not possible for me to order a banana matcha latte without the protein. She rudely gives a suggestion to just getting the protein banana matcha. I explained how she can do the matcha without the protein. I am a partner myself so I understand the menu. It wasn’t until I said “ At my store we are able to do plain cold foam, we add the protein separately.” She walks away to ask her coworker and comes back to say sorry because she realized she was wrong after being so rude saying they don’t do plain banana cold foam She adds that “she’s never on bar.” Her rude assumption and tone was very unwelcoming...
