Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Lake Elsinore

Once upon a time, I loved going to Quiznos, after they went out of business, I only went to Subway because that's pretty much all that's been around wherever I've lived and Subway has obviously long gone down the toilet so I eventually stopped going there too. Jersey Mikes opened a location here a while ago, but I never really felt incentive to try it because there's a local place I like. Today I gave em a try and holy ** bro I feel like I was missing out, this is even better than Quiznos was.

The only thing I've got to say now though, is I kinda wish they had a bigger variety of options for their hot sandwiches that can be made burritos cos they've only got variations of chicken and steak so I imagine these will get boring kinda quick, granted there's the actual wrap options too which I'm sure are also good. Really, I don't know why they don't have a bigger focus on making both sandwiches and straight up burritos cos if they can make sandwich ingredients taste good as a burrito I'm sure they can make some fire Chipotle style burritos too. But again, I've only had one so maybe I'll find out the variations of different ones are enough to...

This is a tough review. In the end, the sandwiches were really good. BUT getting to that point was near insanity, and the poster case for 'too many cooks in the kitchen'. These guys try to work fast, but they don't communicate. We ordered 1 hot sandwich and 1 cold sandwich. They started making both, then took the next lady's order of 2 sandwiches. We told the one guy not to put oil & vinegar on the cold sandwich, and the next guy immediately put oil and vinegar on the sandwich... even when we said the same to him. They then rang us up before I gave them the slip, and said we were all set.... but my sandwich was still on the stove cooking. The THIRD person in the line of workers just rang up the first 2 sandwiches she received... one of which belonged to the lady after us (that lady was busy trying to get them to fix her sandwich that they messed up). In the end, we pretty much got what we ordered, and it was actually quite good... although, they need to learn that a hot sandwich, rapped in foil turns into mush within moments... so it was...

Ordered from here thru Uber Eats, only got the sandwiches in my order, no chips or cookies that were paid for. Went thru the app to notify Uber Eats I did not receive my full order and was only allowed a refund on the cookies. The chips were not refunded. Called the store and was told they could not refund them all they could do was give me chips the next time I was in their store. If I am going to go out to get my own lunch it wouldn't be from Jersey Mike's so that was useless. My warning is just to make sure to verify you get everything you order as the driver was told everything was in the sealed bag...
