Horrible customer service! Last two times we've ordered, they told us 20 minutes until our order was ready. First time, I get to store and they ignored me for 10 minutes, and when they did finally acknowledge me, my order wasn't even ready so I ended up waiting another 20 minutes in the store! Second time they actually gave one of my subs to someone else because they forgot their order and just looked at me like it wasn't a big thing and said they'd remake mine right away. Despite that we tried again today. Called and they asked me to hold and so when my husband arrived 10 minutes later to get the food, not only was it not prepared but it wasn't even ordered because I was still on hold! They never came back to the phone! Worst Jersey Mike's I've ever been to out of 3 states! This was our last time going here. The bread was fresh and soft, the meat was juicy, and it was packed with flavor. My fiancé went for the chicken bacon ranch, and he said it was fire 🔥 — the chicken was tender, and the bacon? Jersey Mike's Sandwich is the BEST addition to Lake Elsinore! So good it's worth the money! I don't normally write reviews but the service I received yesterday is definitely worth my time. Dennis helped put my sandwich together. He took the time to answer all my questions and made my sandwich exactly as requested. But the part is... He did it with a SMILE!! Now that's great service!! Hard to find this kind of service nowadays. You won't go back to Subway after eating Jersey Mike's ~ Ask and try Miike's way!! It's the best! Very friendly staff!
