Miches De La Baja — Restaurant in Lake Elsinore

Moldy/Slimy lemons, and the cashier blames me for the mold... I placed an order of boxed tacos (multiples) at 8:17, drove home (5 mins away), set the table and unpacked food. Thereafter, we realize the lemons were moldy and slimy (Old). I was alarmed, as I was feeding my family of nine (7 kids), I called back to report my missing dessert, to which the cashier said it was my fault. I was supposed to reach into the glass and collect the dessert. As I responded, no one made me aware of this process. I went the next day since they closed at 9pm. I was greeted by the same cashier. I showed her the lemons, as she stated" It's your fault, you place the lemons on top of the hot boxes". Which I did not, and I had a 5-minute drive. I advise for upper leadership, as my concern was to bring awareness to unsafe food practices. The cashier said there was no one available, and she could give me my money back. Not once did I ask for my money. As I mentioned above, my concern was the moldy food. I was then advised to call after 5pm. I left and sent a message to their corporate website email. (No Respond) Be alert when consuming their food, and the customer service needs coaching. Highly disappointed at how lightly my concerns are taken by this site...

My coworkers treated me to this new place for my birthday, I never ate there, but heard about it from them and that it was really good. Well, happy birthday to me, I bit into my shrimp tacos and had this metal thing stab the roof of my mouth and made it bleed. I freaked out and praying that I didn’t chip or broke a tooth. I tried calling and each time they will answer and hang right away, I send an email and let them know what happen, an hour later I called again and they finally answer and explain what happened and if the manager can call me back, only for the girl to tell me to call him back in an hour, well I called back, just to be back to square one, were they would answer and hang up right away. I don't know about this place??? I still haven’t heard...

As with any establishment if the service is horrible it brings the experience down tremendously.

With that said Fish tacos were great.

Chicken tacos and Carne sada is a no for me.

Birra was fair but not the best I've had in Elsinore.

Beans were practically white looking in color.

The Horchata was very sweet but good.

when I entered the establishment, I didn’t get a greeting as a matter fact, the one young man looked at me and turned back around and possibly whispered something to the female staff member.

I stood at the counter, standing back, just a little bit for at least two minutes before anyone even approached to order. will not be returning as the customer service is not great and that says a lot about an establishment especially a new one.
