Golden Chopstix — Restaurant in Lake Elsinore

My friend and I haven't been here for about 1 yr. normally this was one of out spots after the gym. Today may change that. We arrived at 12 noon, there were 2 customers ahead of us (on a Saturday lunch time) The girl making our order was less than friendly. I asked for a side of sweet & sour sauce, and she said "it comes with egg rolls" then I said I would like a side and I will pay for it. She did give me it, however she really didn't want to. We ate in and had to ask for forks, and napkins, soy sauce, etc. They should at least offer it, but they dont. We stayed their for a while, an hour or so, at one point one of the girls was staring at our table, I felt like they wanted us to leave (not that they need the seating) it was very slow. ** They should have been more friendly and welcoming, the food was just so so. I will never ever order from this place again. I ordered from doordash, and the doordasher canceled my first order after they already picked it up. I reordered my food and they refused to make my order. I told them that why wouldn't doordash refund you for the first order if I never received the food? She refused to answer my question and put the phone on the counter and walked away as she took other orders I can hear it over the phone. What sucks is that they did not trust me at all when I said I will call doordash customer service right now to make sure that you get your money back and they still wouldn't remake it. So doordash had charged my card twice. The point is that they did not trust their customers and I will never be back. They just lost a loyal customer I have never had this...

This place is in Lake Elsinore, California. This is the first time I've been to this establishment. After looking at the Big Advertised menu Items I ordered the Shrimp Fried Rice, and asked for a "small stack of napkins", Was only given three (3).

When my order was ready, which came out Hot 🔥, I asked the same young counter order taker for more napkins, and explained that with having a beard, I need more food debris removal tools. The young girl, put me off, by saying, "she'd get me more in a few minutes". Thankfully, the seasoned, and Honorable lady who was quick to provide me with what I had requested.

The Shrimp Fried Rice was good, having nine (9) Shrimp that are devained, and peaked, and has a multitude of vegetables, which remained hot while I was writing this...
