This will be a long review. Only because several of the other reviews I've read on here are so off, ridiculous, unjust, and other's are just plain hilarious.......I always gone this particular restaurant in the evenings. I deal with a lead supervisor most of the time at the drive-thru window here. (What a bummer...jk) She is Hands-On, doesn't screw around, and get it done. I hope her crew members realize how lucky they are to have a Hands-On-Lead. Not one that just sits in the back office. She'd like to conversate and all that, but there's people behind you. Keep it moving...lol. Move it, move it, go, go, go. I love to see worker's stepping up like this. Helping fellow workers get the job done, regardless of task. She can cover any of the positions in there. As a worker, that's exactly what you want in a Lead Supervisor. This girl is one of the best I've ever seen. Zoom, zoom,zoom.... Don't waste her time talking, she came to work, to work. GET IT??. Love it, she's a crack up :). She'll even teach you how to read, if that's what you need. I had to ask her name. It's Sara with no (H)... LOL. My daughter was with me and she was impressed too. My daughter works in a retail business as well. Personally, I drive all over Riverside, Los Angeles, and Orange County. At least 700 to 1200 miles a week. Some of my reviews are good and some are bad. My reviews are from several counties and many cities. I've been to at least 4 dozen different Wienerschnitzel's over the years. It's one of my favorite restaurants. Has been since I was a kid. I only hate the one in Brea, Ca.
I read the other reviews for this store and I was blown away by the low star ratings and the comments. People that just don't understand how BASIC Wienerschnitzel's menu is. Most are locals too. WTH.. "My chili dog didn't come with cheese". NOPE!!. Chili dogs don't come with cheese.(READ THE MENU OR SPECIAL'S AGAIN.) Chili cheese dogs do though....Lol. Sorry folks, the chili dog specials have never came with cheese. Unless they said...CHILI CHEESE DOG SPECIAL. Another person said "the food was cold". Are you kidding me???. The chili comes out piping hot and everything else is hot too. All I could think was....is this person driving home, then trying to eat it?. Thinking it's still nice & hot. Of course it's cold -ish, by the time you get home...ummmmm duh. Still, others lashing out about manager's. Honestly, you're clogging up the line. I'd hate to be behind you. Read the damn menu, before ordering. If you don't know what you're going to get or know their products before you even pull in & get to the speaker. PLEASE walk in, take your time to fully read the whole menu, then step up to order. Because, you're just going to back up the drive thru. Then I can get my order in & get my food in decent time too. It really is a SIMPLE menu. Use your memory. Take pictures of the board, if you need to. Geeez. Can you go to other places and ask for a burger and expect a cheeseburger. NO! I don't know if you've all noticed this: At every fast food place out there. Worker's are now trained to ask you "Do you want cheese with that?". Why, ? Because people don't read. To many complaints...(where's the cheese?.) All I know is this.... You're in my way, I have places to go and I want my food. Go back and truly read the BASIC menu, then order it the way you want it INSIDE. Geeez!! I can easily see how a person might think that a worker or manager was being rude, and or sarcastic. HERE, try this....Repeat the same thing 150 times a day. (That's already written on your menu board in Plain English), Point to the words for them. Then wait for it, wait...wait..wait...wait....wait. Read moreI went through the drive through for the very first time experienced and “ automated server “ to take my order. Asked for a corn dog & she asked if I would like to upgrade. I asked the price she stated the price and then I told her no thank you. I then said can I have 50 cups of ice water and the employee then intervened and said thank you have a nice day. I said excuse me why? He said we don’t play with orders . I explained I never experienced and automated server. He said it’s AI. I asked if it was different then i apologied and then I proceeded to try and place my order. He cut me off and said bye have a nice day. I pulled up to the window and of course no one was there. Went to the main door where he walks over and takes the pins out of the door to lock them. Then walks away as if I was aggressive or anything and he was in fear of his life. The store sign says “ open “ and it’s within operating hours. He then stands behind the counter and makes a phone call. A family of 3 walks up to try and open the door and it’s still locked . The young man that was helping me with my order at the drive-through window was perfect. However, the food was horrible. It seemed that there was a bad mood throughout the restaurant. A heavyset woman was standing around as if she was the boss looking over things. I don’t really know what was the problem, but I did not like that negative attitude she seemed to have. I think it was rubbing off on everybody else. Then, we were disappointed…The food — fries were undercooked and the food tasted terrible. There wasn’t enough cheese, the hot dogs didn’t seem fresh and it was generally very poor quality. Plus, a small bug came from the wrapper after we tried to eat. What happened to this place? It...
