Hello, I am extremely disappointed with my local subway. Upon walking in, I noticed the tables and the floors were filthy with crumbs and residue of people who had ate thier earlier and I was there in the late afternoon so these crumbs had been there all day, I nearly had to scrub the residue of food off my table, which is disgusting and unsanitary. And to top it off as small as the restaurant is, one of the girls working had their 8 or 9 yr old daughter coloring as she worked as if it was a daycare, where is management at for all this? Its clear there is no supervision there. When in line to order my food I noticed an elderly black couple ordering thier food when I overhear the server telling the black man they are out of ham and that they will not substitute the ham with another meat and also said the price doesn't change although they are missing the product they are selling in the sandwich and they ended up buying a sandwich full price without it coming with everything that it comes with. As soon as they left, it was my time to order and I ordered something that had ham and they told me but don't worry, we'll substitute it for any other meat you'd like and immediately I knew they were discriminating and racist towards these black people because of how differently I was treated and accommodated, both employees were Caucasian and it's sad to see that after all that is going on in the world with the political changes, the presidency, that normal people of color are still being treated like in the past. It's disheartening, disgusting, and disgraceful to see this happen at an establishment, especially to normal people, just because they are black. Read moreEverytime I order from this location I have an issue. Tonight, I ordered from the app, they were out of provolone cheese for our meatball sandwiches. They offered American, pepper jack, Monterey cheddar or mozzarella. Well on a meatball the only other choice that will taste good is mozzarella so we chose that, then I was told I couldn’t have that cheese because it is an upgrade and because I already paid online they had no way to ring in the difference. Upset because their lack of inventory and the cheese we wanted is not my problem I asked to speak to a manager. I was put on hold then the same girl came back and said no problem. Thinking this was settled because I know I would not receive a partial refund if I said no cheese I assumed in this case they allowed the sub of mozzarella…my husband arrived and they charged him $2.10 per sandwich to use mozzarella as a substitute since they were sold out of provolone. Having to pay almost $5 to add cheese to 2 sandwiches is absolutely ridiculous. Yes, I know it's 9pm and you are probably tired, but we all have long days as well. She was completely messy and had a straight face the entire time. I tried not to let it bother me and tried to shrug it off but that stopped when I had to repeat myself many times on simple orders. Completely lacked customer service and made you me uncomfortable and un-welcomed even being there. I proceeded to tell her "Although it's the end of the day you should treat all customers the same."
