I use to come here at least twice a week was buying close to a QP-HP a month of there higher end strains of weed not the garbage stuff. I have definitely spent well over 5000$ here. As the other recent bad review states they have the best prices in town and good options but the security is horrible. I had brought in a backpack holding my cash in it the security guard was extremely rude asking me to take it off even though I took it off immediately. I asked him if he could hold my bag since it was a 2000$ bag and it had over 10k inside of the bag. He said to throw it on the floor and he would try and watch it… I tried explaining to him the value and if he could just hold it for a second and he continued to be extremely rude saying he wouldn’t hold it and I’m not gonna trust him to “try and watch it” on the floor 😂 Needless to say I have stopped coming in for a few weeks now and I will not be giving them my money anymore. It’s insane you can’t hold my bag for 2 minutes when I’ve spent over 5k here. He has also yelled at me previously for wearing a hoodie that was also a mask that I removed immediately when I was about to go in but he still yelled at me 4 times while I was taking money out of the atm at the entrance to take it off multiple times before I even entered the dispensary. I’ve always been extremely nice to the security, I tip good everytime to the bud tenders so this is just really unfortunate. The security guard in question always wears glasses if this helps management who reads the reviews. I would have literally put the bag in my car if I didn’t uber there as well. This security guard in question has no respect for customers at all. I’m going to assume he stereotyped me because of my face tattoos and that’s why he has been treating me horribly since the first day I met him yet I been nun but nice. Updated review: First of all, who celebrates 4/20 on 4/19 🤷🏼, we called ahead of time to see what kind of deals they would be running on 4/20, the man that answered the phone sounded completely unaware and told us to “check weedmaps” because if they had any deals they should appear on that, which showed nothing. We arrived to the location with absolute disbelief that they had nothing to celebrate 4/20; no balloons, no free mini pancakes (like last year), not a line of customers wrapping around the corner filled with excitement, and no free goodies to celebrate the day. I was told that they recently changed ownership, that may be why they have gone downhill in the past few months, I don’t recommend coming here as it’s no longer the best place in town.
