Dear GameStop in Lake Elsinore, California; the Manager Ethan was so kind hearted and very nice to me that he went out of his way to honor my 2 year warranty on my Sony PlayStation virtual reality 2 helmet and controllers that were bad. My warranty was getting close to expiring, which would be no good after sometime in January 2026. However, the Manager Ethan took real great care of me by replacing me with a new PlayStation virtual reality 2 for my PlayStation 5 pro! Thank you so very much Manager Ethan for all of your help that you did for me! :) I am extremely happy, thankful, and grateful for you Manager Ethan for everything that you did for me and that you cared very much about me that you got me a new PlayStation virtual reality 2 for my PlayStation 5 Pro by honoring my 2 year warranty. Thank you, Manager Ethan! Now I will be able to play my virtual reality video games from this point forward into the future since I got equipment that works. For my old PlayStation virtual reality 2 would not work trying to play any and all of my virtual reality video games, because was simply broken. Thank you so very much again, Manager Ethan at the Lake Elsinore, California, GameStop store. Ethan you definetly get an A+ or all 5 stars from me in my book because you did such an awesome and incredible job! Thank you, lots! God and Jesus Christ of Nazareth, and all the good Angels in Heaven love you, lots! God bless you, Ethan, and your family, lots! Have a blessed week, and a awesome day today! Thumbs up all the way most definitely! :)...
Read moreNo wonder everyone's going digital. Gamestop isn't what it used to be 5 years ago. Been awhile since I swore it off and switched to digital because of this crazy company and man did I make the right choice! Between the two workers not one said hello or asked me if I needed anything when I walked in. I was browsing for about 5 minutes looking to see if they had any Baldurs Gate 3 merch since it just came out digital on ps5 3 days ago. Figured back in this store's golden years they had a lot of collectibles. Unfortunately looks like those quotas have been given up, entire store is basically 90% yellow clearance and old Funkos no one cares about. Was curious if they'd ever address me, then I'd ask if there was even any BD3 premium $100+ figures I could pre order. But no, even though there were practically tumble weeds in the store and no GSTV playing either. I simply walked out. I wonder what store will fill their spot soon? They already filled up the "flagship" store...
Read moreI've been to roughly a dozen different GameStop stores over the years, and the customer service has varied from arrogant and rude to professional and knowledgeable. That being said, our recent visit to this particular store on Madison in Murrieta was, dare I say, delightful, and I never say that. It's not often you walk into a store as a customer and genuinely feel as if the employees are happy and love their job and place of employment. Dealing with these two individuals was like was like hanging out with friends. They were so helpful and fun and knowledgeable. When we realized that they were out of stock of what we were looking for, they started calling other stores until they found a store that had what we wanted. Generally, I'm not one who enjoys shopping for anything, but this was a good shopping experience. From now on, this store will be my first stop when I'm looking for anything...
