Panda Express — Restaurant in Lake Elsinore

I was at the Panda Express in Lake Elsinore Ca. On Central place my order in the drive thru it was not busy at all. Waited over 8 minutes I asked the employee at the window what is there service time at the drive thru he didn't know ask for a manager. Manager Michelle came to the window and said what's the problem with attitude already asked her what is there service time for drive thru she asked what did I order she looks at the register and said 6 minutes I told her I been sitting in drive thru over 8 minutes. For a manager that doesn't even know what I'm talking about on drive thru service time needs more training top it off she was very rude unprofessional customer service I was upset how rude she was. I know I was wrong for use bad language but she made me upset how she handled the situation and very rude. Manager Michelle needs more better training she's not fit to mange anyone even run a fast...

Horrible customer service. Young lady took our order today Wednesday Nov 30th. Management should know who was handling the drive thru as well as phone calls. We placed a drive thru order only to get home and find the order was wrong. And what was given affects a severe food allergy. My Mother called the store to speak with a manager only to get the same young lady who originally helped us on the phone. When she asked to speak with a manager she was hung up on. I called back and asked for a manager and was hung up on twice when asked. What kind of business are you running where employees are allowed to hang up on customers trying to speak with a manager to refund a wrong order. Will be calling corporate. Manger is rude, talking to customers like little their little children said we are blocking door telling everyone to go around the table were he said to. No one was blocking door we were all in the same party . Then he was cleaning glass over food with sanitizer . I have had funny tasting food and tea here before now I know why. And this guy Is the manager he just dismissed my concerns as well as another customers, Who spoke up first. Refused me service for saying how I felt about his attitude.
