I ordered an 8 dollar drink - Vanilla bean frap with java chips and 2 add shots. She forgot the java chips so she blended it twice, literally making it the consistency of regular milk, and never added the double shot, yet assured me she did.
Starbucks has gotten so large they don't train or discipline their employees anymore. You buy an 8 dollar drink and you don't get the add-ins you pay for, nor a barista that has his/her brain involved in what they're doing. I am never going to drink another Starbucks coffee again. The quality has been in precipitous decline since 2020, and the people that work there genuinely do not care about you or making your drink properly, in fact they care more so about making obnoxious tick-tocks complaining about people with custom orders than their actual jobs.

I called inside the store to see what was taking so long as the 4 cars in front of me never moved. The guy who answered tried to tell me that they are balancing orders inside and out. I told him I could see a whole 3 people inside, and two had been sitting with their drinks the entire time I was waiting. Finally cars starting moving out. One car in front of me, she gets her drinks and something is wrong. As she discuss and points to the cup, the girl at the window disappears for a few minutes and then returns to scan the customers phone, then disappears again. Finally she comes back and at this time I'm livid! I yelled, why are we holding up the entire drive thru for 1 customer. As I get to the window, she says it wasn't the customers fault. I told her, she's right, it was her fault and she could have asked that customer to go inside if the issue couldn't be fixed right away. I waited for 32 minutes to get my drinks. I agree with other reviewers hours are inconsistent, baristas donāt care, music is WAY TOO loud. Baristas donāt want to make anymore drinks after a certain time. Itās like it too much trouble to do their job. Drinks do not taste the same, theyāre watered down. Iām sure there are good employees there and Iām sorry to the good ones. But when the store as a whole is doing this bad in customer service and productivity , unfortunately theyāre affected as well. I went in on 01/05 at 9 pm the girl behind the register just looks at me and looks over to another girl who tells me theyāre closed. I thought they closed at 10, thatās what their sign and Google says. Thatās fine no biggie.
