What a treat! I recently had the pleasure of visiting Presotea, and let me just say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warmth and smiles from the friendly staff. This is a family-owned business and the owners are just so welcoming! The atmosphere was simply amazing; cozy yet vibrant, making it the perfect spot to unwind or catch up with friends.

Now, let's talk about the drinks - simply put, they're fantastic! Each sip of their boba tea was a burst of flavor that left me craving more. Their boba is made fresh daily! Whether you're a fan of classic milk tea or adventurous with fruit blends, they've got something for everyone. Plus, the quality of their ingredients truly shines through in every drink. They even have Acai Bowls and shaved ice! WOW!

Need to adjust time on Maps and their POS. Placed an order at 9am since they “open” at 9am. Got a confirmation email and everything saying it’ll be ready in approx 20 mins. I arrive and surprise! they actually open at 11am. Called at 11am to find out the boba is not ready for another 20 mins… Management needs to fix these issues.

Edit: Staff does not wear masks or gloves. Additionally, no apologies for late service or any inconveniences. Just showed up and waited to get my tea made, and left with barely any words shared… At the very least a “thank you for waiting” or a “sorry for the wait” would’ve been appreciated especially given that the wait was 2 hours longer than expected. The drink was mediocre at best in my opinion. The tapioca pearls are an okay consistency and the Okinawa brown sugar tea is overwhelmingly sweet at 100%. It’s not bad but it’s nothing special.

After lunch, we boba! I think I've only had Presotea once before, so I wasn't very familiar with their menu offerings. However, they have self-ordering kiosks so that you can take your time viewing the menu and pick whatever your heart desires.

I wanted something fruity, light and cold since I had some numbing noodles next door. I was already hot from lunch, so I needed something to cool me off. I decided to go with the Strawberry Cloud with pudding. It was blended to almost an ice cream consistency and the pudding was a nice complement.
