Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Lake Forest

Slow af today. Plenty of staff working so not sure what the problem is. Multiple tables were left uncleared and uncleaned for long periods of time. Lots of people waiting long periods of time. Everything on the menu is chicken finger based so not sure why they don’t have a ready supply ready to meet demand

Decided to give them another try on 4/16/23 and after ordering sat and waited. And waited….and waited some more. Finally saw other people who ordered after me get their food. Went to the counter and asked one of the workers to check on my order. She looked like a deer in headlights. She went and checked with the kitchen and I over heard them determine that my order was given to someone else! Meanwhile I’m sitting here burning my lunch hr waiting. Finally while being completely ignored Had to get her attention and ask her if that is what I heard and if it was correct. She confirmed it saying they ordered the same thing…and had the same name: this is the problem using the name system and no one checks the receipts to insure the are giving the order to the right person. Ridiculous. Never seen a more disorganized operation. So now forced to wait even longer while they re fire my order to get...

Everything is good. I get a request order every time and each time I get extra crispy fries they load salt like they hate the ask. Honestly if I could get a Normal portion to salt when asking for crispy fries I would but any time I ask for a little less they insist putting on side w no salt. Then either forget to relay the salt give me salt all together. Would enjoy the meal 100% more if I didn’t have extra Salty fries each time. I was also asked to pull forward and wait for meal, I thought it was pretty inconvenient to pull forward see only one person go through the line automatically, and them being out my meal not even 1min later.. I don’t think it would’ve costed anyone for me to wait in line of the drive thru..

Order placing went smooth, cashier was patient and relayed my order before pulling forward. Thank you...

Nice Raising Canes location here in Foothill Ranch, Ca. Plenty of parking, plenty of seats, options for outside and inside seating.

Today it was not busy at all, Saturday around 3 pm. Nice and quiet. Semi clean inside. Inside seats could use a little cleaning. We sat in two, first one was sticky, second one just had crumbs so we just wiped them off.

Service was good, cool and pleasant cashier, very welcoming. Quick service. Food came out fast. The drive-thru had always a car or two, quick service.

Food was also good. Crispy chicken, crispy fries, and delicious bread.

The women’s bathroom could also use a look over. Some of the stalls didn’t have toilet paper! But the...
