Because I do not have a vehicle currently, I have to cab it everywhere...a couple nights ago we wanted Taco John's for dinner, so I called and set up a cab for a prearranged time, I called Taco John's about 30 min prior and told them exactly what we wanted, and that I would be there around 5:20, my cab was set for 5:15...got to Taco John's about 5:25 or so and there was 3 gentlemen in button up dress shirts and ties, who i would presume to be owners and/or upper management. There was also 3 or 4 employees making food and taking drive thru orders...I stood there for approximately 5 min before FINALLY one of the men in a shirt and tie asked me if I had been helped yet, I said no...and he then came over himself and I told him I had called in an order prior to coming...he found my bag of food, rang me up, I paid and went on my way...well I got home, and sat down to eat my taco salad, only to find that my house dressing was no where to be found...I don't know about anyone else, but the house dressing is LITERALLY the reason I get taco salads there! And there was NONE. I called the store, and this may sound ridiculous to everyone else, but i was in tears...upset that I just spent $15 on a cab and almost $20 on food, just to be disappointed and not get the dinner I paid for...the gentleman on the phone apologized to me, and asked how he could make it better...HONESTLY??? Bring me a NEW salad with the correct dressing, the way i paid for it and didn't recieve! He offered a coupon for a salad, but insisted on mailing it...so now I have to wait at least a week before I can get my salad still...AAAANNNDDDD I then have to pay for a cab out of my pocket once again if i want to go get it. REALLY EXTREMELY disappointed in all of this...and really feel like that one coupon that I have to WAIT for, doesn't cover this terrible...
Read moreWas there on 4th of July got ice cold tacos including the meat. Went back to the drive through window and asked for new food. The guy told me there was no way my food was cold and that he was going to take it and check the temperature. When I asked to get new tacos he said no when I asked to get my money back since he wouldn't get me new food he said they don't give refunds. He took my food with the receipt and refused to help me. While sitting in the parking lot eating the nasty way over seasoned potato olays he comes out saying he can make me new food if I have the receipt cuz that's what the manager told him but he took the receipt when he kept my food. Horrible service and horrible food. We where there at noon and there were 2 cars ahead of us and 2 behind us and the guy was an absolute hero....

How hard is it to make one order, no rush, accurately!? You can’t follow simple instructions? The person making the food probably complains about how under appreciated they are, reevaluate your own performance. Horrible customer service with mediocre food for $20 for one person. I even gave her a tip. “We can send you a coupon”. Maybe if your mistake cost you money out of your check instead of the company taking it on the chin, you would attempt to do better.
