After not eating here for almost a year because our orders were messed up time after time, we decided to give them another chance with the hope that improvements had been made and that employees who could read, write & understand basic English had been hired. Unfortunately, NOTHING has changed or improved and the employees remain as dumb as a box of rocks. I gave the order taker my order three times and explicitly stated that one of the burgers absolutely had to be plain -- meaning NO lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, onions or sauces -- and why (it was for a picky eater on the spectrum who has nasty fits/tantrums if things aren't "just right"). When the order was handed to me, I asked if the one burger was just meat, cheese & the bun and I was assured that there was indeed one plain burger in the bag. Except there wasn't. All 3 burgers had lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, onions & sauces on them and one burger even had a bottom bun that was so stale it was damn near rock hard. Our autistic individual was so upset that they had a rager of a fit, threw food everywhere and eventually broke down crying hysterically.
Please, for the love of God, hire employees who can comprehend that plain means plain!!! I'm tired of wasting my hard-earned money on food that gets thrown out. My visit to Carl’s Jr. was nothing short of fantastic, but what really made it stand out was the incredible customer service. I didn’t think it was possible to meet someone more positive than me, but I did! The person who assisted me was absolutely brimming with energy and kindness, making my day that much better.
Food: Classic Carl’s Jr. quality—fresh, hot, and just the right amount of satisfaction. The burger was cooked perfectly, and the fries were crisp and delicious. It’s always a reliable choice when you want a solid, tasty meal.
Service: This is where they truly shine. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience, but the positive energy from the person who helped me was on another level. I never thought I’d find someone more upbeat than me, but it happened here! I left the restaurant in a better mood than I arrived, and that’s saying something.
Atmosphere: Clean, comfortable, and a little nostalgic with the vintage menu displays and cozy booths. It’s got a classic diner feel, and I enjoyed sitting down and taking it all in.

Read moreApprox 330pm 9/24/25 I'm a delivery driver who just walked out of your restaurant because you have an employee being rude to employees and employees being rude to delivery drivers. Don't let the delivery drivers run the show! Don't let the drivers be rude to your staff and tell them how to do things. All this driver did was upset your staff and then you got an employee being rude to staff. Your tone of voice and attitude is everything. I walked out of your store without delivering your customers food and I won't be back anytime soon. A shame because I love eating Carl's Jr but not when your staff isn't happy. I'll gladly go down to In-N-Out Burger where the employees are kind to each other and kind to the customers. And I'll go deliver McDonald's orders. I know it's hard to find good workers these days but please fire the bad apples with terrible bitchy attitudes. That girl you have working today,makes the whole room uncomfortable.
