Riliberto's Fresh Mexican Food — Restaurant in Lake Havasu City

WARNING!!!! do not place a door dash or Uber eats with this company. We had a group order worth $75 dollars with them and they did not put any salsa for us. Also on the app it did not give us the option to add any salsa but with some common sense when you order a burrito or any sort of food you expect to get salsa even if it if only one or a few. I called them and they said that the Uber driver said you didn’t want salsa like what kind a response is that and who is the Uber driver to know that if we want salsa or not it’s just common sense. When I called it didn’t seem like they even cared I told them I was going to write a review and the guy who answered told me to go ahead and do that. I didn’t check their google reviews come to find out that they only have a 3.5 star rating. Buyers beware of this company we have a lot of upset people. They have very poor customer service! We've been there a couple of times late at night and the food is so-so. Not many options when you get out of work late. We had the beans one night and they were really good! So we decided to go back during the day and get some fresh hot food.

Well we spent $30+ to get lunch but we couldn't even eat it! The beans were so runny, like watered down refried beans, no flavor. I got the chicken asada combo platter. The chicken was grisly? I didn't think chicken could be that way. And saturated in oil. Ugh. My husband got the beef burrito which tasted more like weird pork. There was just a very bad taste to all the food.

Super big disappointment. Ordered a regular meal and a child's meal. The cashier assured me everything was in the bag. I should have checked before I left. When I got home the churro for the child's meal wasn't in there. I tried to call but it was the phone number for Bullhead City store on their receipt. Their phone number, which is online was not being answered. I drove back, they were rude and the cashier said he messed up and the churro doesn't come with this meal, he forgot. According to what was on the menu it does. No apology, just attitude and by the way, the place is pretty filth. I won't be back. Go to somewhere else...
