Pretty Appalled. I come here all the time as a customer. Very honest. Staff knows me. And someone invited us to dine. We ate and then he tried to use his debit card and had issues with it. It wouldn't work due to an issue. We didn't have money on us because we were invited. He honestly told the waitress what was going on...hey, I have an issue with my card. I wasn't expecting this. Your manager responded like a lunatic. He threatened to call the cops on all of us. ALL OF US. (That was your manager's ONLY response.) I think the polite thing to do (as a manager and wait staff) would have been to have a little grace and mercy concerning an uncontrollable situation. It was not like we were thieves. But your management and staff treated us like one. Even our waitress stopped talking to us altogether. Also, a young waitress with long blonde hair and some young guy were talking bad about us all the time at the front counter, rolling their eyes at us and talking about us as our friend tried to talk to his bank on the phone for the bank's mistaken issue. (It was a bank issue at their end.) A mistake. Thanks for treating us like a thief. Management, wait staff etc. Thanks! I will no longer be ever going to you again and I was a regular. Bye bye!!!! So wrong of you all to criminalize a regular customer with a mere bank card issue even though they (past tense now) ate there all the time and also let you know the dilemma. WWJD? Let me tell ya what Jesus would have done 'MR. MANAGER'...He fed the 5,000. So he def would have at least given a 24 four grace period. Example: 'Tell ya what. Let me take a copy of your driver's license and give you 24 hours. Don't worry about it. We will give you a 24 hour grace period. We understand things happen.' (There are other ways to handle emergency situations like that. However, your manager seriously doesn't have any people skills. Now does he?) You need a compassionate, new management and wait staff. Now ones that belittle and...
Read moreThis evening 4/25/17 I went to dinner and ordered my usual. 2 eggs over easy white toast and hash browns. My boy friend ordered 2 coney dogs and a side of fries. When the waitress brought our food she sat mine down in front of me and said the cook didn't cook this right . I looked at it and said no my eggs are cooked hard and the hash browns are a pile of grease. So she said she would not charge me for my food. Ok great she then took the food back and ask the cook to re cook me my food like I had ordered and she come back with the same plate of food and said he would not re cook my meal.. I told her take it back I didn't want it. Long story short I go to this place pretty regular . And I have never had bad food or service. But this visit was my last visit I will not be going back. My boy friend got his 2 coney dogs that as advertised we're suppose to be 99cents .. Oh no when he got the bill it was over 11 bucks . So this placed charged him 11 bucks for 2 coneys and a side of fries and a pop ... This was after my meal was taken off. The waitress was a great young lady.. She was not the problem. So after we left my boyfriend called the manager and she could not give a good explanation of why we were treated so poorly by the cooks and why they refused to cook my food the right way. She told him maybe the waitress was in a bad mood or having a rough day.. No this was NOT the sweet waitresses fault.. This was the cooks fault . They should be talked to not her. I say this because the manager told my boy friend that they had the waitress in back talking to her... Bottom line is the cooks were to blame , the food was not cooked like I ordered it and they would not do a damn thing about it. I will not return to this...
Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars, I would in a heartbeat. We had a party of 3 adults and 4 children. The adult food came out 7 minutes before 3 of the kids' food did. One of our children's meals (Cheeseburger and French Fries) came out with an ice cold bun. I took the plate up to the front because not only did it come out another 4 minutes after the other children's' plates, but we didn't want a huge wait for the last meal. The woman running the cash register touched the bun and burger to confirm that it was in fact cold. She told the Cook, which in turn started yelling that it was fine. I told her that I wanted a new one since she had handled both the bun and the burger. Instead, the cook walked over, slapped the bun on the grill, and it was walked back out to us. I told the waitress it was the exact same burger due to the cut mark in the burger under the cheese. She said "oops, sorry! They don't listen back there!" So needless to say, after 2 more send backs of the identical burger, it was sent back for the last time. We are now pulling into McDonalds to get the last child a meal. Thanks for the over cooked, poorly timed meals.
As a side note, the woman running the cash register who threw my husbands Visa card back at him- You're a class act and should probably switch careers if you cannot practice hospitality in a...
