Welcome to McDonald's go-ahead and put on a uniform and get to work...I am here to get food...the register is behind you and we don't take cash at them...I do not work here and I have cash...I'll get someone to assist you! And that describes my one minute of employment with McDonald's. Why do they think I want to ring myself up, this isn't play time for toddlers, it's supposed to a business with employees to do for me what I didn't want to do for myself at home. Also stop asking if you're eating here or getting it to go since you give the food in a bag anyway. Also why do you have so many doors if you lock all but the one furthest from the parking spots? It felt like you didn't want my business! So I think the service stars have been explained, the food is always a colon blow so no kore about that and finally the atmosphere was clean, I think because they work hard to keep customers outside of the restaurant so it doesn't really get used. Another question, why do you have more managers working them regular employees, looked like a gang up on the hourly employees! Maybe don't have so many managers working and you could drop your prices back to fast food prices, just a thought! Good luck with...
Read moreThe newer format of McDonald's is focused on drive through and take out ...not sit down...there is no reason to have kids play area if there are no kids and families eating there. I am disappointed how cold and limited the seating is inside. Not inviting at all (aesthetics)... intentional design.... It isn't a sit down place anymore.
Prices keep going up on food and beverages. Portions appear smaller...my last sausage McMuffin with egg sandwich was the smallest I remember and they couldn't have used a smaller egg ... the cost of a cup of coffee up 30-50 cents per cup, I am now eating at home instead. I am saving my breakfast time and money for weekends only for sit down breakfast places. McDonald's changes have made it less worthwhile and more costly. The facility is clean and the crew is nice enough; they are understaffed and pressured to move cars along. Customers inside are treated with a lesser priority... I phased out Arby's, Wendy's and Burger King over the years...I am now ready to drop McDonald's who I had trusted since college in 1968. Breakfast at McDonald's is no longer worth the...
Read moreI eat out daily so i know sometimes orders can get messed up. But in the last 3 weeks i have ordered double 1/4 lb deluxe a dozen times. 5 of those times I was shorted a patty which inpaid for and served only a single patty on my burger. I go through the drive in so i do not notice until i get home. Which really sucks. After 2 times i checked before i left and found the same. I went in to complain. The manager corrected the order but seemed more concerned with how many napkins were put in my bag than the fact that my order was wrong and had been before. I left returned a few times and no issue with food. Then again it happened i went in again and got order corrected. Which should have been done properly to begin with. Now 2 days ago 1 more time my order was messed up the same way. This is ridiculous how many people can't count to 2? I guess my choices will be limited even more now. Too bad Mcd's does not care about loyal customers or the service...
