MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Lake Oswego

Horrible experience. From the moment I walked in the door, it was obvious as to the staffs state of confusion, chaos, and lack of professionalism. The day I visited it was not busy, (more staff members than customers) I noticed that upon entering all guests including myself were shouted at with the question "online order" ? Hello or welcome how can I help you would have been a better start. There is no flow or starting point at this location, just staff running around in panic mode. I waited 15 minutes to place my order. After placing my order and waiting 45 minutes for the order, I asked multiple times as to the status of my order and only received the answer soon, we're busy. During my 1 hour visit on my 1/2 hour lunch break it occurred to me that these staff members have forgotten how to interact with human beings. They treat every interaction as a virtual customer .So finally after 1 hour my order was ready. Turns out the pizza was not made as I ordered it. It tasted like an expired frozen pizza. I must state that the pizza box was of high quality. MOD Pizza is just a fad and will fade to oblivion due to their lack of providing a quality crafted item and total lack of customer service. 7-11 provides a better crafted product at one-tenth the price, with no wait time and better...

I really hate to give you guys a three-star because I have been in there quite a few times not only as a doordasher, but as a customer as well. I was just in there a few minutes ago and the young blonde girl with the shorter hair working was extremely unfriendly. I understand that she is young, but at the same time her body language and tone of voice was absolutely rude. I've been in customer service for most of my life and it shouldn't be so unnatural to be able to put on a smile and to be friendly. Normally I never leave reviews but I'm hoping that instead of her getting in trouble, that hopefully she learns about this and turns her attitude around. If you're having a bad day, I'm sorry, but you shouldn't take it out on your customers or the courier delivering your food for you. That being said, I have mostly had nothing but positive experiences here and the pizza is good like any other MOD Pizza. The other staff for the most part have always been friendly. Life is too short and it just isn't hard to have good customer service and to be pleasant to your fellow...

So, my husband and I ordered food from this Mod through Postmates. We ordered A LOT of food (it's was Saturday night, what can I say) Postmate delivery person arrives with one pizza and a Coke. We should have at least 2 pizza boxes and neither if us drunks Coke. I tell the Postmate. She seems very confused and says I should call the restaurant and ask them to remake it and she'll go pick it up. Turns out she had picked up 2 orders and delivered ours to the other person (lucky them!). The guy I talked to at Mod (I didn't get his name, but it was around 7PM on Sat 10/24) was awesome. He very clearly remembered the orders and the Postmate and described her perfectly. We both knew what happened. Our order was remade (and delivered, finally) without a problem. The Postmate even went as far as to tell me to get a refund through Postmates because Mod screwed up our order. That's not what happened, and we all know it.
