Crumbl — Restaurant in Lake Oswego

I will continue to drive to this location, as every time I’ve gone I’ve had perfect cookies and friendly service. A new location opened up closer to me, and I laughed out loud seeing how terrible a photo of a cookie was in a review from that location! I told my partner and he said that apparently it’s a thing online for people to make videos about how “bad” their crumbl cookies are and how much they don’t look like the photo—which I have to say has simply never happened at Lake Oswego. Every time, every cookie, it’s consistent: looks like the photo, tastes good, and employees are efficient but not in the rude way. I try to hold off on doing reviews on chains like this, as rating is so contingent on high-turnover hourly staff and what management is in place at the time, so reviews can be so skewed. But when it’s so definitive of a positive/negative experience, it’s obvious that it’s the leadership behind the experience/product quality being provided by the hourly workers, meaning it’s likely to stay the same for an extended time. I hope things continue to stay positive at LO location because I appreciate the reliable...

Love these delicious cookies! They messed up our order but it was still delicious! I love the pumpkin cookies! I could eat a dozen..over time lol.

The cookies are the size of a dessert. You don’t have to worry about needing more than one. Also, the key lime was absolutely perfect! It tastes like a key lime pie. My kids loved the chocolate Oreo. The dog unfortunately loved the chocolate peanut butter cookie. Fortunately he just ate the peanut butter icing..whew!

I would recommend if you are looking for a dessert cookie or a treat. Don’t plan on eating them like you do with home baked..unless you are fortunate and can indulge lol.

I wish they had gluten free cookies so my husband could enjoy. They are bought all the time for his work meetings and he never gets to have one.

Anyway, they are expensive but each cookie is enough...

Edit: Crumbl cookie is, well, it is what it is. Food is typical for them but I expect more from a straight up cookie joint. Other Crumbls get higher ratings from me.

Edit: They called me at 4:00 PM because the kind gal this AM at least left a note. It's too late to drop off for the event I wanted them for, but the AM crew got to split the other 6 pack.

Original: Placed an online order at 6:15 AM for 9:30 AM pickup. Arrived at 9:25 and was told the cookies are not even baked yet. Was told to come back in about 2 hours. I've tried calling several times and nobody is answering to make sure they didn't sell the cookies that I ordered. This isn't the first time I've had issues at this location and honestly it's already out of the way. Stop selling things online you can't fulfill. I can't even call to cancel the order that...
