Saturday night, only one other customer, at least 6 people working behind the counter, and I say behind because there were tables needing cleaning ,but no one did so. Well ordered our two salad bars, and a small combo pizza $36, went to bar side to order a pitcher of beer, but all of the taps were warm, so I ordered two cans of beer $16, now we are $52 into a meal out for two, salad was great, beers were cold but very pricey, then the pizza came to the table, every thing was raw except for the cheese being melted, so we took it to the counter, there was NO APOLOGY, just an excuse and said we'll run it through one more time, we said no we just want our money back for the pizza, ok so they did, end of story right! No, we preceded to finish our salads and a customer that witnessed this whole thing, came up to us as he was walking out with his to go pizza, and said I just wanted you to know that after you walked back to your table all the employees were laughing and making jokes about the situation. Well that pissed us off and we requested the manager, and they said no manager on site, oh ok so just all you kids here by yourselfs, well I don't believe that, so I believe the gal that finally came to the counter to pretty much laugh us off was the manager of all these kids working, and instead of setting a good work example to them and apologizing she was very rude and defensive, now on our bad we got upset and said a few curse words, well at that point she threw us out. Point is this is THE WORST ROUND TABLE I'VE EVER BEEN TOO!! We will never go there again, but I will call during the day and talk to an adult manager or owner and let them know what is taking...

Update as of 11/5/23: began e-mails to e-mail address below on 9/25/23, and was told on 9/26/23 the franchise owner would e-mail me within 4 business days. It's took 5 WEEKS and 13 emails with the customer service email below for her to tell me she contacted her supervisor who contacted the "franchise brand consultant" who would contact the owner and get him to contact me. The franchise brand consultant then e-mailed me after another week.
I spoke to him via phone, he said they dropped the ball on that day we came in and by not responding to the e-mails he received when he was supposed to contact me. He said he'd e-mail me, but then he never did!
It's clear this franchise owner doesn't care about repeat customers or poor reviews. Spend your money somewhere that cares about business, not with this establishment.
Hadn't been to Roundtable since the renovation and wanted to check it out. There was about 3 guys waiting for their pizza impatiently, and a line of about 4 people waiting to order. After about 20 minutes in line, we got to order and the cashier said the food will take over an hour indicating we might not want to eat dinner there. No apology, or explanation.
One of the men waiting for his pizza said he waited over an hour and they lost his order. So we told the cashier we would leave but wouldve appreciated the heads up before waiting on the 20 minute line. I will not be coming back obviously.

I am however a round table kid having grown up in a very small town where the ONLY pizza place was round table. I do love the pizza itself but I totally agree it's not 5 star pizza. What is 5 stars though is the service I have received from this place not only at pickup but delivery as well.
I went in before to pick up a pizza and the size was wrong. I was going to be happy with just an adjust refund, but not only did they give me that pizza for free, they gave me a coupon for a free pizza the next time to make up for the error. It was a relatively small error, but they just don't seem to tolerate inconveniencing the customer. Same with the delivery person, they ended up being late because our old house was hard to find on gps and they tried to really make it up to us, but delivery drivers have it hard so we refused the correction on that one, but the fact that they fought with us to make us happy was a nice change from "here, have your pizza. What? It's late? Whatever, bye".
So yes, it's not 5 star food (except for me, but i'm biased) but the service alone deserves this place a 5 star rating. Also the pizzas were never wrong or...
