Casablanca — Restaurant in Lake Ozark

Monday St Patricks Day .. Ordered off their website at 5:20, my order was delivered at 6:50. Cold and old… I took it back to the restaurant immediately. They were kinda busy but not bad. I waited, asked for my money back the gentleman said he was busy and I could wait. The man never spoke to me again. There was a young lady who tried to help, I told her I ordered the pizza off their website not DoorDash. They use DoorDash to deliver.. The DoorDasher picked it up and delivered in like 9 minutes .. the pizza was super cold and old .. not DoorDash’s fault. That pizza was sitting there for a long time.. the two employees working knew this as neither of them even bothered to look at the food I brought back. The young lady disappeared and came back asking repeat questions, after a couple times of this.. She said there was nothing they could do because it was an online order and that the manager would reach out. I asked for the managers name and #, just in case they didn’t reach out.. nope.. nothing.. I got and email address and the phone number doesn’t work so yeah .. I spent 115.00 just to drop by the restaurant and be treated like I was bothering them. I did reach out to Mark Brick.. he suggested I get my money back from DoorDash. The only time I wished I had ordered from them and not the restaurant directly.....

This was the worst service I have ever had. 1st the bartender was named Megan she was rude and unprofessional. Her serving and bartender skills were horrible. We were a table of 3 we had to call out to her to get waited on. 10 min later she finally waited on us when we ordered our food and drinks she rude said that's all your getting? She placed our drinks on the table told us she didn't know who they belong to but we could figure it out. While we were there she lost 8 customers bc she did not wait on them bc she was busy taking shots. She lost a guest credit card and started throwing stuff around. I had to go behind the counter to grab my food bc it set in the window for 10 min and she never brought it to me. Then when we got ready to leave we asked her for the check...she told us hold on she was waiting on somebody else and poured 2 more shots and drank them she was stumbling behind the bar. She looked trashy and intoxicated behind the bar. It was the worse experience ever. I would not recommend this place to any one do to the service. Please fire Megan you guys can do so much better she cost you guys alot...

Friday evening 12/29 was overcrowded with excess tables and chairs for the space. The place was full and extremely loud. You had to shout at the server to he heard. Then someone turned on the music at full blast volume to add to the dangerously loud decibels. The sudden blast of sound was so startling to the senses it triggered my husband's tinnitus and blew my right ear out immediately. I got a headache with my ringing ears and now brand new tinnitus. The music volume and overcrowding are irresponsible and also an auditory safety hazard. Go there and go deaf. I left immediately to go outside and my husband paid for the sidas we ordered. The loudness was too much for both of us. This was our first time there, meeting with friends and we will never return. It is an assault on the senses and extremely unhealthy to be exposed to such high volumes of music and large crowd...
