I love coming to Curaleaf and think they have great products and the staff is amazing but the check in service i experienced is horrible. I thought that I would save time by pre-ordering online and boy was I wrong— it was Friday & busy - And I was on my way to another county for work and to visit family—- so I ordered , went ahead and stopped in and to pick it up - I noticed on the app that it had not been filled yet even though it had been an hour, but I assumed they would just fill it after I got there and checked in —but after I arrived & checked in at - I watched 10 other walk-ins come in —get helped and checked out while I waited to go to the counter. I don’t understand if I was there waiting —why they couldn’t just bring me to the counter and fill my order ? It wasn’t like the people who were coming in had pre-ordered. Wow! I had Incredible service today with Jason. I wanted to try the grassroots brand of flower and he answered every question I had. He gave me insight on flavor and terpenes of each strain and showed me where to find the analysis reports online. Which by the way is their website URL /transparency. He also helped me choose some vape carts by recommending some of his favorites and best sellers. Jason really knows his stuff and does a great job helping customers. He was greeting every customer and even walking over and asking if they need any help. I also saw the other employee IZ doing the same. Both were providing incredible customer service to everyone who walked in. I can't wait to try this grassroots flower and I thank Jason for turning me on to it!
