I don’t often leave reviews but being a customer of bolay since this location has opened I’ve become more and more disappointed with this specific location as time goes on. I just went to go grab a quick lunch. Half the staff was sitting together having lunch, there was only one cook in the back and every protein was out. Literally every one. There was zero shrimp and pork, the chicken (both kinds) and the steak didn’t have enough for a full scoop and only thing they had was tuna and tofu which looked dry from sitting. There were a few of us waiting on meat restaurant wasn’t even busy there was only one person sitting other than the staff in the dining room. Every time I go in lately things are going to be “out in one minute” and it’s never a minute. One of the employees on break didn’t want the old pork mixed in with her bowl so while we are all waiting to finish up getting our food she made the girl finish her bowl first with just new meat.... kind of makes you think about how good the quality is if she didn’t want to eat from that bowl as an employee. But also inconsiderate of the full price paying customers for her to have cut us all off to get “fresh meat”. Not sure how much I will continue to go to this location anymore. West palm is...
Read moreI have been to this Bolay location multiple times in the past, no issues at all. This time however was different. I ordered a large bowl online (for takeout) with my protein choices being lemon chicken and fresh avocado. I take it home to eat and the issues are immediately apparent. They put teriyaki chicken instead of lemon, and they completely forgot the avocado. On top of this there was hardly any chicken at all, might as well just not ordered a large bowl at all. I added feta and Parmesan cheese in the bowl as my toppings and if you asked me the guy/gal behind the counter grabbed a small pinch of just feta and put that in there and called it at that. The jasmine rice was also extremely mediocre quality and the spinach almond salad had like 5 almonds and tasted off. ALSO to note that my girlfriend also got a bowl and while she was indifferent to the teriyaki chicken instead of lemon like she ordered, she ordered double of chicken and it clearly was not. She also reported that "the blakc rice was gross and like glue" and she felt nauseous the next morning. Will NOT be going back to this location for a long while, hopefully this location can get their act together as I was extremely disappointed by one of my favorite healthier...

The food here is simply outstanding—always fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. One of the things I love most about Bolay is their build-your-own-bowl concept. It allows you to customize your meal with a wide variety of fresh ingredients, from tender roasted veggies to perfectly seasoned proteins and creative sauces that elevate every bite. The portions are generous, the ingredients are top-notch, and everything is balanced just right—so you leave feeling satisfied but never weighed down.
The service is also worth mentioning. The staff is friendly, efficient, and clearly passionate about what they do, which adds to the overall positive experience. Whether you’re dining in or taking it to go, Bolay consistently delivers quality, freshness, and convenience. It’s hands-down my favorite spot for a quick, healthy meal, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious food that makes...
