Summer Supper Club: Spice Route Soirée

The Palm Beach Supper Club’s Spice Route Soirée was an evening of elegance and unforgettable detail. Celebrity chef Jennifer P. Parker personally greeted each guest, shared the inspiration behind the evening, and moved through the room with warmth and grace that made everyone feel part of the story. Her mastery in selecting only the finest ingredients was evident in every course — each dish executed with precision, layered in bold, refined flavors, and presented with artistry. Each course paired beautifully by sommelier Rhonda Virgin wine selections. The venue — the new Fred Astaire Dance Studio in downtown West Palm Beach — glowed with candlelight, warm colors, and romantic décor. We were welcomed with traditional music and later delighted by a professional dance performance, creating an atmosphere of pure enchantment. Chef Parker’s five-star talent, impeccable ingredient selection, and gracious storytelling made the night extraordinary. The Palm Beach Supper Club Summer Series proves that this is far more than dining — it is an escape into sophistication, culture, and unforgettable flavor.

A true passage...

The Palm Beach Supper Club keeps getting better and better. This month’s theme “The Art of Nothing Wasted” was so original, creative, and delicious that it truly made you rethink about throwing out your food scraps or leftovers from one meal and repurpose them into something else scrumptious to eat. Ches Parker did exactly that. Our dinner was simply amazing. I’ve been to many gourmet dinners before but nothing as clever as this one. Who knew you could create a Grilled Bone Marrow Luge with Sourdough Toast and microgreens on the side. When finishing eating the marrow, the empty bone became a vessel to pour a shot of Sherry down the bone luge. Playful, yes, but oh so tasty. Each of the five courses were combinations of using possible throw away scraps from one dish and used in another. Pulp, herbs, rinds, whole fruits, even used coffee grounds we used to orchestrate this very luxurious evening of flavors, fun, and making new friends. Even the wine from “Rose The Day Away” was specifically selected to compliment this sustainable menu. Bravo, Chef Parker. Let’s recycle this entire dinner and...
