Wingstop — Restaurant in Lake Park

Tonight Saturday March 9 at 10:33pm I walked out of this wingstop to my truck to wait for a family order of 40 wings, fries, carrots, celery, and ranch excited that I was going to have good wings like the week before when I bought 75 wings in a family pack at this same location. But, what a disappointment, waste of money and time. When we got home we noticed we didn’t get the veggies and to top it off we didn’t understand why the wings had a horrible after taste that we couldn’t figure out. After eating a few I realized that taste was probably of very old burnt oil that tasted fishy. I could not eat them at all because the taste was just horrible and tasted fishy and my husband was extremely mad that I had spent almost $60 on wings we couldn’t eat. To top it off a few of the wings had feathers as shown in the pictures! I literally was plucking them out, I honestly can’t be making this up! I don’t know where management or owner was but you can’t be serious to serve people this and to give orders incomplete. Very disappointing. Also the cashier wasn’t welcoming at all and expected me to just start ordering without her saying a word and just giving me the stare! when I started talking she couldn’t even understand me either way because she seemed to be on the phone with a ear piece just talking to I don’t know who. At some point she had to tell the person she was on call with to wait because she had a costumer in front of her and so she told me to repeat everything I had said again. Wing Stop Lake Park. Before last week my rating would have been a 4 but this last visit was AWFUL. The Cashier was very rude and had the nerve to be training another young lady. I paid $40.00 for 30 wings and four small drinks. When we got the order there were no fries and I was told I had to pay for the separate. Paid for them and then asked for Ranch and was told you have to pay for it separately at 2.00 a pop. Paid for it then no plates so we had to eat off of napkins. Almost out of 50.00 total, cant get plates, cant get sides and no sauce unless you buy and then to deal with someone who is Rude when you ask a question. I went to Hooks Fish and Chicken and got 2 10 piece wing dinners, one with fries, one with onion rings, a kids chicken strip meal with fries, my mom a Snapper dinner with fries, a side of cheese sticks and a slice of carrot cake for the same amount I paid for just the wings and drinks at Wing Stop and the food was amazing. Also, "you don't have to pay for sauce", go figure. I called the number to make a complaint with no response then contacted them online and also no rezones. We wont be back to Wing Stop because I work too hard for my money to pay someone to be rude to me and...

Let's start with the most recent. Doordash stole my order (not their fault, sure) but the customer service resubmitted it. Cool, shouldn't be an issue. Wrong. Manager gets pissed, blows up my phone, when he finally gives them the order he throws it in the bag (literally throws), throws it at the driver (per the driver), and is just an a*hole. The order is old chicken that's gross and fries that are nothing but oil. Before that? The lady in the front called the cops on my friend who went to pick up an order after he asked about the order because he waited 15 minutes past pick up time. He was calm the entire time, and per the owner "she was dealing with stuff that caused her to overreact." The time before that? They were out of an item, and when I asked for proof for a refund through customer service (since they don't do app refunds in store), the dude working got an attitude with me and then tried to physically fight the guy I was there with.

I really do not ever recommend this store moving forward. I tried to give benefit of the doubt, but im done supporting this store and...
