One of the worst experiences I've ever had first.The girl was extremely rude when she was taking my order.Second, she acted like she couldn't accommodate in what I wanted.I would ask for cheese sauce on my fries and she acted like she couldn't do that when there's a button in the modified screen that you can hit that adds cheese sauce for a dollar thirty extra ( the manager that I called and talked to verified that there was a button) but also gave me the runaround of why they don't put she's sauce on fries, because that cheese sauce can come out the holes of the box.But that can happen with the wedges as well it didnt make since to me why they couldn't deliver good customer service the she hands me my bags but with no drink. After order in a large meal and I call in the manager to tell them. I'm coming back for my drink. I come back the same girl tries to give me a medium drink and tells me that that was a large and the phone cups are extra large. There's no extra large in this company. I've worked for this company I know. Then the same girl gets so rude and unprofessional.Starts calling me names cussing me out all over that she didnt want to take care of me?There's no customer service at all in that store.because of that 1 girl I will never be able to return back to this place again and I'm going personally up to the office and let them know about my experience like I said, I used to work for this company. I know all the big managers. All the big wigs and people in the office. I will get through to somebody and I hope this girl never has a job working for this company ever again. Because she sucks she's gonna bring the business down. People like that I would fire. You do not treat your customers like that.They are treated with respect.There are the reasons why the employees have a job. Read moreOrdered via the app for inside pickup at 3pm. All of the doors are locked even though it says dining room is open. I then get in the drive through line to let them know I ordered online. Wait about 5 minutes for the one car in front of me to be asked to place his order. Then it's my turn and I am told "sorry for the wait but there's lots of people inside. I'll be right with you." The doors are locked and no one is inside. It has now been 10 minutes, no one has taken my order and I'm writing this while waiting. I finally get called upon and go to the window and am given my order. I asked, "So there's a whole bunch of people inside? There can't be because all of the doors are locked." With a surprised look and a hard swallow she says yeah and closed the window. It's Saturday and you don't feel like working? That's fine. You hate your job? That's fine too, who doesn't. I then attempted to pick up the order from their drive thru, which had a long line. When I finally got to where they take your order I politely told the lady, “ i’m just trying to pick up an order for door dash, and I’ve gotta say its ignorant that The lobby is closed and I have to sit in the drive thru”.
