I work in the Wentzville/Lake St Louis area on occasion, and I am OH SO VERY GRATEFUL for this Taco Bell. It was the first time I had ever used a kiosk. I wanted to use it to try it out and see all the fancy functions that come with it. I am amazed with all the options regarding customization! I am absolutely joyed! This makes it soooo much easier for vegetarians, vegans and all the other groups with allergies/dietary restrictions. The restaurant is clean and kept up. Periodically, I see an employee cleaning and it’s fantastic!!! The staff here really cares about keeping their customers happy and keeping the restaurant clean, nice and sanitized! So I order my fancy, customized burritos and not even 5 minutes go by before my name is called!!!! This is quick! I always double check my burritos to make sure they have everything I asked for, and I am extremely pleased and blessed that there were no mishaps or screw ups. I’m telling you, the quality of service, food and ambience is just better on this side of the river. I’m a Florissant born and raised gal and refuse to go to the Taco Bells on Lindbergh because I’ve had nothing but negative experiences. They always screw up my orders, the food is never hot, and the customer service is horrible. Also in those locations it’s never clean. Like. I NEVER see employees cleaning up and sanitizing surfaces, so unsanitary! So, I am amazed by this Taco Bell because it is such an upgrade from the mediocrity in North St. Louis County. Everyone at this Taco Bell deserves a raise! Also, you should have your better Taco Bell locations retrain your poorer quality Taco...
Read moreWalked in for lunch... Expecting the average fast food experience. What we got was a whole lot more! First it took about 5 minutes for someone to even show up to the counter to take our order. Once that happened we thought it should go smooth right? Oh we we're wrong.... Oh so very wrong... We waited for our food. Waited some more. Watched as people that ordered after us got their food before us. Thinking something was up we checked on our order and they told us they (get this...) GAVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE who said it wasn't right so they threw it away. So then they remade our order, handed it to us... And all was good right? WRONG! This place is staffed with only the finest remedial idiots in the area. Not only did they give our order to the wrong people the first time, throw it away the second time, get it wrong the third time... But they didn't even try to fix it... They just piled a bunch of food on the tray and hoped it was right! We ended up with enough food to feed 4 decently hungry people for the low price of $11 and some change thanks to the finest employees this location has to offer. I'm sure the proprietor would appreciate all the food just handed out because a few seconds of reading comprehension couldn't be spared to actually understand what the customers...
Read moreThis is a shared experience for the last three times that I have tried going to taco bell, and unfortunately, I'm finally going to say something about it.
First time something went wrong, it was during a moment where the place was absolutely busy, and I patiently waited for them to make my food, being understanding cause the drive thru was wrapped around the building and the inside was full. And on my order, I had asked for no onions at all on my bean burrito, which I paid extra to have steak on it, and it instead had EXTRA onions on it.
I was willing to overlook it since the store was busy that one time. But the next time I went over there, wary after my next visit, I had ordered a couple nacho fries, and a 5 layer burrito with no sour cream... and once again, they didn't read it cause I had sour cream on my burrito.
And today, I had ordered two chipotle chicken wraps and a nacho, and my partner got a couple tacos and a potato bowl thing... and we finally got home, and they didn't give us my nachos.
First time, I could have ignored it if it didn't have three times in a row, but now I will be hesitant to even go to this Taco Bell again, if not triple check my order before I even attempt to walk out the door...
