Arby's — Restaurant in Lake Township

I know what they say about fast food restaurants always check your order and tonight I should have checked my order. When I had to repeat everything twice cause the girl at the counter, you seemed very nice however, she doesn't know how to listen...she took our order after I had to repeat everything twice. Then after waiting period of time we got our order. Because we waited so long I grabbed my order both bags and we came home 14 miles from Bellefontaine and wouldn't you know it ....they forgot a $5 sandwich... They want 15 bucks an hour to work in fast food but they can't get the orders right.... guess I won't be going back to...

Just gonna comment this time on the Greek gyros, since it appears that it will be a long-term menu item.

This is like their beef gyros, except with some lamb as well as the beef. Kinda pita outside. Inside's the meat, lettuce, tomato, & onion, with tzatziki sauce and seasonings. It's good!

It'd be even better if there were spinach instead of the lettuce, some thin cucumber slices, and some kalamata olives. But perhaps that would be too intense for many American palates.

Anyway, I recommend the Greek...

I have never had a worse experience at a restaurant! Not only did they mess up my order but when they got nasty with me and I demanded a refund they kept half my money saying it was the drinks. When I tried returning them the refused to take those but were very insistent on taking the messed up food back but refused to take them back and when I refused to leave they called the cops on me instead of just returning my money! So apparently they wanted the food...
