Big City Chicken — Restaurant in Lake Township

This chicken sandwich reminds me of the chicken sandwich you’d get at a gas station that’s been sitting under a heat lamp since 11:30 that morning. I’d actually prefer the gas station chicken sandwich, as my meal totaled $29 with a sandwich, fries, and drink. The sandwich was small, only a single chicken “patty”, which more resembled a tender. I got the buffalo sandwich, which on the menu showing it covered all over in buffalo sauce. Instead, mine had a minuscule squirt on it. The bread reminds of the buns you would have eaten in elementary school. The fries weren’t terrible but also don’t live up to the price. The lemonade was good but the serving size was much like the amount of buffalo sauce on my sandwich, minuscule. The staff was decent although I ordered from a screen. Took about 3 minutes to get my food which may be the only bright spot of this place. Definitely eat before...

So this location confuses me. The quality of the chicken, breading, and fries was amazing and on point. However, much to my disappointment and legitimate surprise, the "chicken tenders" are without exaggeration, the size of my pinky. I ordered a 4 piece chicken tender meal and ALL 4 pieces where the size of my PINKY. I have actually never seen tenders this small. My 8 year old nephew would have been extatic as he currently has an obsession with miniature versions of things. However, I am an adult and order an adult size meal only to receive food fit for a munchkin from Wizard of Oz.

Shameful... please update the menu to list that this location specializes in miniature meals.

P.S. I have average sized fingers and pinkies. If anything, my pinkies are slightly smaller...

Waited in line with about 5-6 people in front of me, waited over a half hour for some unknown reason until I was about to order and they announced they’re closed?!?!?! Ok cool, but the problem is all the rest of the places in the airport had closed during the time I was waiting so now I get to spend the whole night hungry?!?!? Seriously, if you’re going to close like that fine but at least give people enough notice (esp when there’s obviously a growing line and the terminal is approaching closing time) so they can go elsewhere. Not just rude, the people who work here are completely inept and utterly thoughtless. I went here another time and actually got the chicken, it was really anticlimactic.
