Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lake Township

I would give them a 5 but lately they have been so unprofessional and rude! I had 3 bad experiences with them first it was a delivery guy who was so rude to me just because I didn’t have change for a 50 dollar bill, the minute he saw the bill he took the pizza back to the carrying bag and said “i can’t give you the pizza,I don’t have change you should of told the store you had a big bill!” And I told him that I had paid with a big bill before and that the drivers never had an issue so he left with my pizza I had to call the store and told them what happened they offered my stuff to be delivered again but I said no thanks, next issue was when my pizza had hair yes a piece of human hair so I called them and told them I spoke to the manger and he sent my order free of charge. Recently as of yesterday I placed an order and I as usual I leave the note to call at arrival so when the driver arrived he called but my phone has called ID and whenever he called my phone automatically blocked him because he number showed up as “spam caller” I called the store and I was told that the delivery man had more deliveries ahead of mine but that he was on his way a few minutes passed and I called back and the person that answered said that the delivery guy had called me 3 times I checked my blocked phone calls and there they were let me clear this out I had other delivery man and women called me before at arrival and I had never had...

First off if i could give zero stars i would. I came in there tonight to order. the young lady at the counter was very rude i ordered pizza wings and chicken alfredo she rudely said we dont have wings ok fine so i just ordered the pizza and the chicken alfredo.she said 15mins i was thinking 15 mins for that ok.But then she rudely said you need to wait outside. I get it because of covid but the employees preparing the food had no gloves on. and their face mask were not all the way up on their face.🤦😲🤔not only that what i presume was the manager he was checking orders at the computer .she and he were making out in front of customers .very unprofessional i go to other dominos and they have fast courtesy service get you in get you out but most importantly gives you what you ask for this one on 50th and pulaski horrible service my first and last time coming to this location Never...

To be honest, I don't know what's up with all these 1-3 Star reviews, I'm the Pizza Eating King of this neighborhood and so far this location has been the best I've experienced of out all dominoes, They've keep my Fat-ass happy. 90% They deliver extremely quickly, one time they came in under 20 mins and It was a complicated order as well, I often feel bad I don't tip as often but i have quite a few times in the past. Hard Working staff for the past 10 years, although I have seen some new faces this past year, not sure how much I rate them so far.

Keep in mind, other dominoes locations frequently have a lazy staff and could care less about what time delivery takes. Once waited 3 hours for a delivery and was ignored by the store until i made a corporate complaint since they charged my card already without showing up.
